We had a very erratic (constantly changing) plan do to rhe process of getour home ready for sale. We actually cancelled the trip due to those issues, but were to eventually work through them. Natalia was vey patient. No pressure from her or the other services we inquired with. We also had to deal with the loss of one of our dogs very unexpectedly. Natalia came exactly when stated and followed the plan to a tee. She found a way to fit two of our giant dog crates. Our cays are pretty easy going and so are two of the three dogs which are Mastiffs. One of them, a puppy is severely fearful and only responds to the other dogs. Natalia was able to recognize the issue and deal with it. I was initially concerned that she wouldn’t be able to handle them, but that proved to be untrue. She was great with them. I would highly recommend her.

We recently had our Giberian Shepsky puppy, Nova, transported from Texas to Upstate New York by Justin from PPX Transport, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Justin was professional, communicative, and dependable from start to finish. He sent constant updates, along with pictures and videos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the trip. We always knew how Nova was doing and where she was, and that meant a lot to us. This was especially important because we had used CitizenShipper in the past with a different transporter and had a terrible experience. At that time, we had no idea where our dog was for much of the trip, he arrived filthy, and the transporter even lost his puppy bag and shot records. Shawn text and asked if we could drive 3.5 hrs and meet him for an 1130 pm pick up in Dayton Ohio. This was unexpected as we had arranged a 9 am pick up the next morning in Romulus.
