B&T transportation was great. Professional and gave me constant updates on her progress and estimated time of arrival.

Tina was amazing! Took great care of our puppy and delivered him safely (and quickly) all the way across country! Her communication was awesome too! We could not recommend her enough!

If I could give Tina more stars, I would! She was so sweet, thoughtful and communicative! She transported my daughter’s pregnant cat from Los Angeles, California to Virginia. She kept me updated via daily texts and any questions that I had were promptly answered. She arrived within a few minutes of her planned arrival. When she went to take the cat out of the carrier, much to both of our surprise, she had given birth to 5 tiny kittens! She came into the house and helped get mom and babes out of her carrier into the carrier that we had for her. All around, we were so happy with Citizen Shipper and especially Tina of B&T Transportation. I would not hesitate to use them again!😊😻🚐⏰❤️🌟

Tina was amazing with my dog. He took to her and was comfortable with her as soon as he met her. She kept me updated on where she was and took pictures of my little boy each day, and let me know of her arrival times. This was a door to door service from one person to another and it went very smooth. She arrived hours earlier than first estimated and actually a full day earlier than what I thought it would take.
