This was our first time using a service like this and it was perfect! We had to move 4 animals with just 3 humans to fly with them so we sent our 4th pet with Tina halfway across the country. Tina executed everything perfectly with great communication the whole time. She delivered the cat earlier than we expected and the cat was perfectly happy when we got her back. Do not hesitate to use Tina/B&T if you are new to this like we were. She delivered 5 star service all the way.

She communicates by text so that she has a written record of her client's needs and directions. When I met Tina, I was impressed with her kindness and for the animals she was transporting. My 34-year-old African Grey Parrot was happy and safe when she delivered him to me.
