We had a great experience with Powers Echoing Transport. We had previously arrange a ride for our puppy through another company and the pickup window came and went with no communication or updates and they would not respond to emails or calls. Shae stepped up in the ninth hour and was able to pick up our puppy the next day. He was very responsive, sent frequent updates and photos and delivered our puppy with a smile on his face after a very long journey. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend his services.

At first I was very nervous about sending my fur baby away and not knowing if this was legit or not because I never used Citizen Shipper before. After talking with Powers Echoing I felt a little better and was more comfortable about it. He was quick to respond and answered all of my question very well. Powers Echoing went out of their way to be able to do pick up around my work schedule. There was an app where I was able to see exactly were they were at all times and he sent pictures to me along to way. That made me feel so much better that I was able to see what was going on. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would definitely reconsider them again in the future. He was absolutely amazing!! Thank You Powers Echoing!
