I highly recommend Thayer Transport Services! I had a service cancel on me last minute to deliver our puppy for a Christmas surprise. I got in contact with TTS and they were very responsive and helpful! Mrs. Adra stayed in communication with me from pickup to delivery. It was a pleasure to do business!

Sis was very communicative and kept me updated. I could tell she has a lot of experience with dogs, and a lot of love to ensure they are well taken care of. Scheduling and interactions were very easy and I was so pleased with the service!

If I could leave more stars I would. They went above and beyond on a rush transport job when my girl was flown in from abroad and a work conflict left me unable to pick up from her arrival flight. The entire transport process was a mess until they took over at the airport. I had constant communication from the start and my girl arrived perfectly safe and less stressed than I expected after almost 36 total hours transport (including her initial flight). I would 100% trust any of my pets with them again and I'm glad they were the ones to transport my baby girl, Soul.

Edward and Sis did a great job transporting both our car and two dogs from Sarasota Florida to Westport CT! They were very good at keeping us updated along the way. They showed up to pick them up exactly on time and delivered them perfectly on time and in great shape. Thank you Edward and Sis!
