I was not available to meet with Adra when she picked up my dog, but I was in close contact with her throughout the day. Everyone who came in contact with her raved about how good she was with my dog, caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again when I transport my animals. Very Happy customer.

Never had a better service in my life. They ran into a hiccup that one of their employees canceled. They called me and asked how important it was to get the dog. I told them it was for x-mas for my son. They moved heaven and earth, no questions asked, no excuses and got the dog here. They drove thousands of miles to make it happen. True businessmen. We are so happy to have dog home.

Edward did a great job communicating with me throughout his route to pick up and during his way to drop off my Aussie. He sent pictures throughout the way and gave me updates on distance often. He was even flexible on pick-up since we need to change it! Would recommend Thayer Transport Services!
