Very Important Pet VIP Transport

Hello everyone! This review is especially important with feedback from the breeder (arriving in Seattle all the way from Bangkok, Thailand!) and the review from my heart in praying and selecting with the most caution someone that understood and loves all animals, came through for me with virtually no notice when I couldn't find a way from Seattle to Portland. The breeder said he really appreciated Josie -- she did.a.wonderful job with the transport. For the Cat Fancier Association recognized show breeds or American Kennel Club dogs, I can say without hesitance that she has a deeper understanding and connection for these beautiful animals and understands our worries --- asks all the right questions for the.comfort of your loving pet .... Josie went extraordinarily beyond the expectations due to her warmth with animals (seldom do you find honest and special care) -- she was communicating with both the breeder and me, left for the trip early morning to find her way to pickup Aurora (my siamese) at the international airport on time! And she gave me the most thoughtful.and personalized gift bag with kitty treats,.toys and more. I was so calm throughout the whole experience...she answered her phone, sent me photos and tracking / ETA, and texts all along the way. Seldom do we meet such an extraordinary person that cares and goes beyond, that is Josie!!! Rating is beyond all the stars in the galaxy! THANK YOU Josie, from me, the breeder and Aurora!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Josie. She transported my dog from Portland to Sacramento and from the very first conversation, I felt completely at ease. She was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about the wellbeing of Birdie every step of the way. What really stood out was the level of compassion and attention she showed – sending updates, photos, and ensuring she was comfortable, cared for and safe throughout the journey. She even had a little gift bag with treats for Birdie! It’s obvious that Josie cares deeply about animals. Moving a pet long distance can be incredibly stressful, but Josie made it a smooth, worry-free experience. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to transport your pet, honestly Josie is your person. This was more than just a service - it was a truly caring experience. Highly recommend! 10000/5 stars if I could! I turned to Josie when I needed my precious doggy Gordo to go from Portland, OR to Reno, NV. Not only was she prompt in her replies, she was an absolute sweetheart and a professional to work with. Since it was my first time on CitizenShipper, I had to do some research, but Josie's credentials and experience allayed any fears. She gave me the rundown of her plan, and a couple of days later, she set off with Gordo in her car, and got him to me THE SAME DAY. I was nervous since Gordo had never been on such a long car ride before, but she must have a calm soul, because Gordo seemed to be very content during the car ride. Josie also shared her location, and I could check in during the entire journey to see where they were and how far out they were. She also sent text updates and pictures, which was also helpful. I hope I am never in a position where I'm separated from Gordo again, but if I ever needed him transported in a quick, professional, safe, and loving manner, I'm definitely calling Josie. Thanks again for your help!!!

Josie really went above and beyond when transporting our new kitten! She took a lot of care to make sure we had everything ready before the trip, and kept me posted at all times how things were going during the drive. She even brought a gift for the little guy! I would absolutely book again.

She is AWESOME! Shared her location the whole way, sent up dates almost every hour. Took lots of pictures. ETA was awesome and she even when the very next day to pick up my new fur baby. I’m so happy with this experience. She was awesome and I couldn’t thank her or recommend her more. 😊 even got my new baby a new toy!
