I was told by the individual holding my dog for pickup that Christina, who I talked to, to organize the trip prior to being connected with James, was not very pleasant. I was informed that James had no information, like the address he’d be picking up my dog from and did not have any contact info for the individual who had my dog. All he had was my number. Had I not asked if he had that information, it could have delayed the pickup even further.

However, when we arrived at the airport, the airline suddenly placed an embargo and denied my dog from flying with me from Maui to Las Vegas. My daughter and I recently moved from Delaware to Arizona, driving cross-country with two dogs and two people in our Subaru, we had no room to take our cat in the same car without making her absolutely miserable! I hired J & J to transport Tink, and she could not have been in better hands. Sean flew into Philadelphia, rented a car to drive out to pick her up at the boarding facility where we left her, stayed overnight with her in a hotel, and then flew her to us in Phoenix. On the way from Philly to Phoenix, their connecting flight was cancelled, forcing an overnight stay in Dallas, but Sean kept us fully informed every step of the way. He was always very pleasant to deal with, good natured (even funny) despite the delay, and sent us many pictures of Tink "owning the place" in the hotels, going through TSA, and even just after boarding the plane! I felt totally at ease about her safety and well being the entire time. I strongly recommend J & J pet transport services (Sean and his wife) and would use them again in a heartbeat!

My partner and I could not begin to speak on how incredible AdventureTails did in not only taking care of our five anxious cats going on a whole cross country trip, but us as their INCREDIBLY anxious pet parents 🤣 Ally and Hannah and their marvelous copilot were very very kind, communicative, and compassionate. You could tell from the start when we were trying to herd the cats into their carriers that they love this work and they truly care about the welfare of the animals. They went above and beyond in allowing us to tuck in a few creature comforts for the kitties to help them stay soothed (a few blankets and some toys) they even were SO KIND as to wash them at one of the stops they made along the way! A+H sent pictures of the babies along the trip and allowed us the comfort of seeing their progress via Life360 which did worlds to soothe us human types 💕 Along with all that, one of our cats is special needs and requires medication and closer monitoring and they both took it in stride with no stress! These two truly are an incredible team and we cannot recommend them enough! We are so deeply thankful for all of their help and fully recommend them from the bottom of our hearts. My dogs have never done a cross country trip like this before so I was incredibly nervous but they genuinely made it so stress free and easy.
