If I could give 10 stars, I would! RM Pets Solo Adventures treated our guy with so much care and attention during his transport from Louisiana all the way to Montana. He was extremely communicative the entire way and sent us frequent updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. But what really got me was how much he genuinely cared for Sawyer Brown along the way. There were plenty of stops and little adventures, he ran with him, snuggled him up, and Sawyer looked like the happiest guy the entire trip. He even had a special bed set up in the back of his vehicle so Sawyer could be comfortable and stay cool while traveling through this crazy summer heat. It never felt like Sawyer was just another dog he was transporting. It felt like he was traveling with someone who genuinely cared about him, and that meant everything to us. Didn’t return a bowl. Found a “Begging Strip” treat for dogs in with one of my cats. My cats and their bedding arrived dirty and scared. She told me 2 1/2 days to 3 day delivery but got them to me in just 48hours. I wonder if they would have arrived in better shape had she slowed down and didn’t let them roam around the car as she was driving from California. W head to move our dog up to go live with my mom because he stared to get weird about our toddler. Before anything bad happened we decided it was unfortunately for the best. JPX DELIVERIES & PET TRANSPORT LLC.. quoted us and extremely reasonable price especially compared to many other that we received. Upon booking, they called me to introduce themselves and confirm information. Immediately could tell that they were kind, warm people. Communication was great from the start. Fast responses, detailed updates, video updates. They were flexible with pick up time since my husband and I both don’t get off until 5. Upon their arrival any worries I had about my dog traveling were set at ease. Johnny came in to meet Archie and wasn’t fazed by his and our other dogs barking up a storm. They are loud, but never actually do anything. He put his hand out and let Archie smell him. Gave me time to say goodbye. Archie took to him pretty quickly and Johnny was able to actually pick him up which surprised me but I knew was a good sign. I had given Archie a sedative because he can struggle with unfamiliar situations but was just fine. I advised that if they sent he needed more in the morning to feel free and give him some more. They informed me the next day that he was just fine and didn’t need any which was really relieving to hear. When we traveled with Archie it was likely he wouldn’t not eat, drink or poop or pee while on the road. They were able to get Archie to drink water and pee, which made me very happy to hear. With it only being one overnight and day I wasn’t too concerned. I was FaceTiming my mom when they arrived at her house and when he made it to my mom and was smiling when he came off the bus. I could tell he liked them and that they liked him too. I knew he would be fine once getting to my moms house because he knows her and is familiar with her home, but it was such a relief to me that he wasn’t miserable, scared and or distraught on the way up there with out us. They took good care of our boy and for that we are grateful. If we are ever in need of such services again we will be directly contacting them and not even bothering with a listing to get quotes. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pet transport. It was an extremely and hard and pretty sad decision for us to make and they made it a whole lot easier for us. Thank you Johnny and Elvia! I wasn't told there would be another dog being transported with my dog. I also wasn't told she would be in a cage the whole time, in the backseat. She arrived and the cage was tilted and she clearly was super uncomfortable, as the cage was falling off the chair. In addition, she wasn't given ANY of the treats or food we prepared for her. Not a good experience overall, I wouldn't recommend.

5/5 + ⭐️ Alex kept me updated every step of the way. He picked up a flight compatible pet carrier and even rented a car to bring Bear to me when my work schedule changed last minute. He shared his location on Google Maps for 24 hours. He let me know when he was headed to pick up the puppy, had the puppy, headed to the airport, boarding, taking off, landing, getting another rental car! ALL UNPROMPTED! It was literally better communication than I have with my own children and husband!!! Someone trained Alex well!!! Shawn was awesome! This was our first time transporting a pet and I looked at probably 20 different ones, I looked at number of 5 star reviews, how many reviews, if they had ever lost an animal, how the dog would be transported, how many animals would be transported, price, where would the dog sleep and if they could take her bed with her. With over 500 reviews, I could tell that this was not Shawn's first rodeo. Shawn's pricing was fair (not the least expensive or the most expensive), but right in the middle. I prepared a spreadsheet and text interviewed about 8 different ones. Shawn rose to the top pretty fast. I was so happy to choose Shawn and he did not disappoint. We got pictures of our dog, location and one time she was sleeping soundly on one of the motel beds. She arrived safe and sound! Took 4 days from Southern CA to southern Ohio.
