We used Angie's services to transport our dog from New York to Austin. Angie picked him up from the airport and made sure to stay in constant contact with us the entire way. She sent us pictures and videos, and we could see how she cared for him and treated him with as much warmth and love as if he were her own. This gave us great peace of mind, and we felt he was in very safe hands. The trip went faster than expected, but she still made sure to make rest stops and stay overnight with him. Stevie was fantastic in delivering my 9 year old dog Nox to me from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Charlotte, NC. She picked him up from the boarding place I left him at so I could take a plane for my move and dropped him off the very next day. She also had car issues the day before pick up with her tires and in that same day got it all fixed and was super efficient while maintaining the same pick up date despite the unforeseen circumstances that hit her. Truly amazing service from her and took pics through the drive and sent me updates throughout. If I have to move again like this Stevie will be at the top of my list to contact

Smoky Mountain Express picked up my two kittens in Memphis, TN, and brought them all the way to Grand Junction, CO. He had a very reasonable price since he was already heading that way to deliver some other pets to California. There were a few delays but he kept me updated via text. The only thing I wish I had known sooner was that the journey would include multiple stops to drop off and pick up other pets. This made the trip closer to 48 hours instead of the ~24 ish I was originally expecting. He still gets 5 stars though due to his more than fair pricing and ultimate safe delivery of the kitties. When booking, he was very responsive and did not pressure me to book with him. He and his partner took good care of our boys and took pics of them throughout the trip. I also really appreciated that he shared the CitizenShipper fees outside of his own fee. It would have blindsided me otherwise since we had to pay over $200 to CitizenShippers because of the distance. I highly recommend this business!

I booked a pet transport service with Jason for my dog Waffles. We booked several months in advance and the details were largely settled, but Jason still took the time to check in with me regularly leading up to the trip, which reassured me the plan was still on. He arrived exactly when he said he would with safe transportation equipment and delivered my little guy safe and sound to his destination. It’s clear he really loves animals and pays attention to their comfort, plus he’s easy to deal with and a nice guy all around. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with Tony as our flight nanny! Our transport ended up having a few unexpected hiccups due to airline and plane issues that were completely out of his control, but Tony remained calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. He continuously assured us that everything would work out in the end, which made a stressful situation so much easier. His communication was absolutely amazing. He kept in constant contact with us through phone calls and texts and provided pictures and updates throughout the entire trip, so we always knew exactly what was going on and how our puppy was doing. We never felt left in the dark for a second. You can tell Tony genuinely cares about the animals he transports and the families waiting for them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Traci. Her attention to details and communication are outstanding. She was able to help me transport our puppy with just a couple of days notice. She walked me through purchasing the correct crate and even went out and purchased containers to jerry rig as food and water holders for the crate. I received an influx of videos and photos of our puppy throughout the entire journey. There was a long flight delay during a transfer, and Traci insisted that someone check on the puppy in the cargo area. She stayed at the window the entire time to ensure that our puppy remained on the plane. When we picked her up, Traci had already cleaned her and her crate. If you're researching pet transporters, you can stop now - I would use Traci again in a heartbeat.

I moved from Texas to Oregon, and needed to coordinate transporting my pet. I have a Corgi, and was very nervous about trusting someone to transport my dog. I looked into airline options, but the cargo area isn’t climate controlled through American Airlines. After talking to my friend who’s a breeder, she recommended citizen shipper. I posted a listing and immediately had several bids. Many of them were outrageous (several thousand dollars). After talking to Byron with all aboard, my mind was put at ease. I sent a 50% deposit and that same day he was able to pick her up and drove her from Texas to Oregon. He maintained excellent communication and updated me with several photos throughout the day. He fed her, watered her, and stopped for bathroom breaks many times everyday to make sure she was comfortable. He arrived right on time, and Bella arrived happy and healthy! Omg! So thankful! I am a first time pet parent so this whole experience was new to me. Osman was kind and understanding; he answered all of my questions. Very organized, he was able to give me all the details and information up front. Pricing was transparent and straight to the point. Paws & Pathways Transport has a onbroading, pick-up, and drop-off process that just makes things easeful. If you’re sending for your dog, and you’re not there for the pickup —NO WORRIES— My dog was with my uncle and I was sending for him — so I wanted to be sure that Osman was okay with communicating with my uncle when it was time to pick up Luckiie. Everything went smoothly. I was given pickup windows when it came to the time, but then as he got closer he would give updated timing. Osman shared photos throughout the trip. Kindness has a name and it is called Furbaby. Our babies immigrated from overseas, and after a long flight, and two stop overs, we arranged for Furbaby to collect them from VA and drive them through to KY for us. Our kiddos were exhausted and grumpy, and we were so worried about their wellbeing after the long flight. They took extra care and extra time to make our babies feel safe and comfortable. Our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude for this couple. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like their fur-babies need someone that will take extra care and give the necessary love where it is needed most.

Dog came back disoriented, bleeding irritated elbows, and feet, she’s pretty injured in this area. The guy was nice, I appreciate he did take her on bathroom breaks, but I didn’t appreciate the service I do understand this is as much as they can do given the drive but there needs to be some kind of comfort for these animals to not be injured at arrival.

Booked, paid booking fee, signed a contract for drop off date, paid the deposit. A week later the driver pushed the date back 5 days. This didn’t work with my schedule so the driver terminated the contract less than a week before the scheduled date leaving me with no time to find a new transporter.
