Snowball did a great job bringing our new bunny to us! He arranged the pick up and sent a picture as soon as he was on his way. He sent another picture a few hours later and kept us up to date about when he would arrive. Our baby bunny did just fine and we are so appreciative of him bringing her over 500 miles! They provide good communications and ran on time. Nice set up in their transport van and nice for animals. Was cold when the doors opened. Donna and driver were professional and had all the documents in order. Very happy with them and would absolutely utilize their services again.

The experience was bumpy unfortunately. Pickup day of my item was changed multiple times and then the carrier's truck broke down on the way to NY so my furniture was returned to FL. I then went away on holiday and was told not to get back in contact until I was home and ready for delivery. Then started receiving pressurizing messages saying the item needed to be delivered in the next few days or I would owe 300$+ in extra fees (?)...eventually it was delivered by 2 lovely guys from another company, but honestly the whole thing was stressful.
Patty cancelled with us the week of pickup, and communication beforehand was very poor. I've used citizen shipper before, and we were really disappointed with this. Booking with Patty is costing us hundreds more in the long run due to having to rebook this trip. Proceed with caution before booking.
Chris is the guy you want to drive your pup long distances. Not only is he extremely efficient and professional, but he’s also an obvious dog lover who quickly bonded with my pup on their coast-to-coast trip from DC to LA. I don’t think you’ll find a better experience anywhere, from the live stream to the regular status updates, not to mention the wonderful professional photos—Pupcation is unmatched. Look no further.
Jeff and Donna were AMAZING to work with! They delivered two pups for us; an older dog and a puppy to two different families and did an great job getting the pups their safely, happy and well taken care of. Excellent communication and timely delivery. We will 100% use them again!
The driver Darrell was amazing and so communicative. He drove across the country with 10 week old puppies!!! That's no easy feat. Each day of driving he kept me up to date where they were and sent pictures of the puppies.

Patty did a wonderful job of delivering our dogs form Boise to Denver. She was very easy to work with accomodating both our schedule and the dogs! Once I got family coordinated. The whole process went very smoothly. Good communication before and during the trip. Cats seem as content as they can be under the circumstances.
