Furbaby travel wants to assist with your transport needs. ✅️USDA-T certified ✅️We carry up to $2 million in pet insurance ✅️Both of us have been fully background checked ✅️We transport your furbaby ourselves, no hiring of other drivers. ✅️Pet CPR/first aid trained ☀️My husband and I are passionate animal lovers who are committed to making the distance between you and your new family member a smooth, safe, and stress-free experience. We understand that bringing home a puppy or transporting a beloved pet is a big decision, and we treat every animal in our care as if they were our own. ☀️My husband is a carpenter, and I am a nurse, which means attention to detail, responsibility, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. We share our home with three wonderful fur babies—a Golden Retriever, a Cavapoo, and a senior rescue pup (believed to be a Yorkie) who quite literally walked into our lives in 2025 and stole our hearts. Our pets are family, and yours will receive the same love, patience, and care throughout their journey. ☀️🐩Communication and trust are the keys to every successful transport. We pride ourselves on keeping pet parents informed every step of the way with timely updates and prompt responses. Your pet's comfort, safety, and well-being are always our top priorities. ☀️Although we are newer to the CitizenShipper platform, we have been transporting pets long before joining. 🦮Our experience has taught us that every pet is unique and deserves individualized care. Most of our transports are VIP trips to minimize stress and provide extra attention, but regardless of the type of transport, every pet receives prompt attention. 🐕‍🦺If wanting VIP, please let us know before booking. 🐶For the comfort and safety of every animal, we transport no more than three pets at a time. Limiting the number of animals we accept allows us to provide personalized attention, frequent comfort breaks, and a calm travel environment throughout the trip. ☀️Payment Information: CitizenShipper's platform fee is separate and is not paid to us. 💫The remaining balance is split into two payments: 50% due at booking and 50% due at delivery. For payment we accept: 🐾Zelle 🐾PayPal 🐾Cash app 🐾Credit Cards 🐾Buy Now, Pay Later ☀️Cancellation Policy: Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee to help cover reserved travel time and scheduling commitments. If we have already begun traveling to the pickup location, reimbursement for travel expenses may be required. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we will notify you immediately and work with you to find the best possible solution. 💜💜We know you're trusting us with a member of your family, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. Kindness has a name and it is called Furbaby. Our babies immigrated from overseas, and after a long flight, and two stop overs, we arranged for Furbaby to collect them from VA and drive them through to KY for us. Our kiddos were exhausted and grumpy, and we were so worried about their wellbeing after the long flight. They took extra care and extra time to make our babies feel safe and comfortable. Our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude for this couple. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like their fur-babies need someone that will take extra care and give the necessary love where it is needed most.
