The best transport we’ve ever used. He had incredible attention to detail. Wanted to know every detail about our dog - what he ate, how he played, where he liked to sleep. Then the ride itself was fantastic. My Rottweiler had lots of room to stretch and sleep or cuddle up. He went on frequent walks and hikes and had play time. I got constant updates w pics and video. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. My dog was actually sad to leave. He had the best road trip adventure ever.

When I requested bids Darin was one of the first 3 to respond within minutes and once I decided to book Darin he instantly started getting ready to go pick up my puppy ...even at 10 PM though I explained he didn't have to leave late at night/ immediately but he did anyway. He kept me and the breeder updated on progress/ ETA's, sent me photos of puppy when he picked him up and 3-4 times throughout the trip and I have my puppy home 24 hrs. after booking Darin....around 700 mile trip each way. We have been in touch since and he is VERY responsive, supportive and there if I need any future transport as well. On top of the fact I ended up with 18 bids for my request over a couple of days and Darin was one of the most affordable for sure....of course price is a factor but the service and fact he only does one dog at a time (and I was getting a 14 week ole puppy subject to illnesses and parvo) and the gut feeling about the quality of his service was a bigger factor for me. Win win! I have Darin's info saved on my laptop as well as my phone and if I ever need a transport again I would def. book Darin. Even my breeder was very happy with him and his service and his car setup from the transport etc.

I needed help transporting my dog, Tuco, from Arizona to Tennessee because I’m not able to drive such a long distance myself. I specifically wanted a solo transport so he wouldn’t be stressed traveling with other dogs. Before choosing a driver, I spoke with several people and carefully read through all of their reviews. Tuco is also very selective about people. he definitely does not trust or follow just anyone so I wanted someone I could truly feel comfortable leaving him with. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts because I absolutely made the right choice. From the very beginning, he was incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely caring toward Tuco. He didn’t just feel like someone whose job was simply to drive him from one place to another. You could really tell that he truly loves dogs and cares about their comfort and happiness. Throughout the entire trip, he gave me detailed updates and sent me lots of photos. He made plenty of stops so Tuco could rest, walk around, explore, and enjoy himself along the way. Instead of this being just a stressful long trip for him, he actually gave Tuco such a fun and memorable little adventure. Seeing how relaxed and happy Tuco was with him made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, if he were a dog sitter, I would trust him with Tuco every single day while I was at work. That’s how comfortable and impressed I was with the way he treated him. I was able to wait for Tuco to arrive without worrying because I knew he was in such good hands. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything he did for Tuco and for me. Thank you so much for bringing my boy home safely and for treating him with so much love and care. Ace is a Rottweiler puppy, but he's already over 100 pounds, full of energy and not fully trained yet. I was honest about that from the start, and I was worried nobody would want to take him. Captain Dixon with GSO luxury Pet transport took him without hesitating. What I didn't know at first was what it cost him. Other bookings on his route had cancelled, and he was heading to California with other dogs, so a trip from the Chicago area down to Texas was way out of his way and barely worth it for him. He came for Ace anyway. He'd given us his word, and he kept it when it would have been easy to back out. Ace jumped into a luxurious dodge ram longhorn that lowered and was like a driving condo with smooths suspension. It’s a vehicle that I’ve been following for years so I was impressed. Our furry buddy had lots of space to stretch out. This is more of a luxury pet retreat than a loud cargo van with a bunch of crazy dogs. On the road he was patient and gentle with Ace the whole way. He got up in the middle of the night more than once to clean up after him and never once made us feel bad about it. He kept us updated every step of the way, so we never had to wonder where Ace was or how he was doing. Took him for walks every 3-4 hours. Ace got home safe, healthy and right on time. Handing your dog to someone you just met is hard. Captain Dixon is who I'd trust with Ace again, and I'm glad we found him.

Our puppy arrived safe and healthy, which we are very thankful for. However, the pickup and drop-off times were extremely inconvenient, especially considering the price of the transport. Our puppy was picked up very late from the breeder, and we originally had an early morning meeting time of 7:30 a.m. We were then asked if we could meet even earlier or around midnight the night before. Later, we received a call asking if there was a different drop-off location that would work better with the driver’s next destination and possibly get the dinner home at a better time. We ended up driving to meet the driver and still didn’t meet until around 10:00 p.m. I’m very glad our puppy arrived safely, but the scheduling and communication made the experience much more inconvenient than expected for the cost of the service.

When I tell u Lois is the one, I mean it from the bottom of my heart! This lovely lady! Cut through all the noise, all the promises, all the retracted bids, all the uncertainty, all the crap lol and gave me advice that I needed to get this show on the road. Pun intended. She told me to tell the people who had my fur baby to hold her one more day and that someone would be there to pick her up in the morning and that that someone would be her. Did a cash transaction that was needed for my fur baby to be released from the shelter. Secured my fur baby in a pink crate lined with a towel for her comfort for the long journey home. Then Lois safely and quickly transported my fur baby home and ended a saga that had been going on for quite some time. She also filmed the glorious and joyous homecoming and sent it to me to enjoy!
