So I asked if she could pay half of my down payment back and she stated she does not have anything. I honestly think she is a huge scammer!!! This transport was a nightmare. Breeders do not use them for your puppies. My puppy was completely healthy for 8 weeks in my possession. Received vaccination and deworming before he left my property. Had no history of seizures. Parents had no history of seizures. My puppy spent a few hours with this lady and she’s reporting he had a seizure. I asked her for details on how this happened and she refused to give an explanation. She refused to send videos of the puppy. She complained about me not sending food when she advertised that she provided food. I asked her to bring the puppy back to me and she didn’t want to. Malinois pups are extremely active and can be annoying to someone that doesn’t know how to handle them. I have 2 of his litter mates right now and neither one of them had a seizure. The only difference between them and the puppy being transported is the person caring for the puppies. Get out of the puppy transportation business if you can’t provide customers with a safe, peaceful and professional experience! His litter mates are completely fine while he’s having a seizure. Doesn’t make any sense. I don’t feel that your puppies are safe in this lady’s possession. Your puppy can leave healthy and end up at the vet for something that has never happened before. Please be careful and choose your transporters wisely.

Family First Drivers did an absolutely amazing job transporting our two dogs all the way from Jacksonville, Alabama, to Kodiak, Alaska—including accompanying them on the ferry! They arranged private transport for our extremely anxious pit bull and provided excellent communication throughout the entire journey. We had GPS tracking and received lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. After we booked, we learned that our dogs would need CVI health certificates before traveling through Canada. Family First Drivers promptly arranged a veterinary stop and handled everything without delaying the trip. I was incredibly nervous about trusting someone with my dogs on such a long journey, but they truly went above and beyond. Our dogs were safe, well cared for, and treated like family.
