No accountability.

MIGUEL IS SO WONDERFUL!!! He was very upfront and transparent about everything. He delivered our new puppy all the way from Delaware to our home in Southern Alabama. Miguel had several other stops along the way. (Kindly adding my trip last minute to his route) The morning he picked up our puppy, he sent me a Life360 link, and I was able to follow his trip all the way to the location in Delaware where he picked up our puppy. When he picked her up, he sent me a video of her safely being put into her kennel for the long trip, also sent a picture and texted confirmation of the pickup. For the next two days, he kept me in the Life 360 circle so I could see where he was with my pet at all times, even at night, and other stops he had to make before mine. This guy can sure can drive and cover some ground in just a couple days! He went all along the east coast, down into Florida, looping around to Tampa, before coming back up again to the Alabama Gulf Coast to bring my new puppy home to me, all in 2 days. The morning of his trip to my house, I got a video update of the puppy eating to show me she was still doing ok. It was truly a huge comfort to be kept on live GPS 24/7 from the moment he was on his way to pick up our puppy, to the moment he handed her to me 2 days later. Also getting the video and picture updates was definitely an extra reassurance. I'm sure it wasn't easy dealing with a whiny 8 week old puppy for 2 days, and I appreciate the care he gave her. We will be using him again if we ever need to, and will be recommending PetWay to anyone who needs pet transportation.

From the jump, I knew it was very fishy, obviously given the other reviews and the number of being out of service.... But I still tried to give her a chance and that was a huge mistake. She never sent any updates, never shared her location, and I asked five times to give me the details of her trip and she never told me where she was going. She only sent me her fake eta to pick up my cat. Still have never heard back, citizenshipper is investigating her for fraud. Unfortunately citizenshipper does NOT have a way of verifying who you're actually talking to no reassurances and if they're actually gonna steal your animal or your items and if it's actually the person who verified their identity on here picking up your valuable things there's no ID checks when the ride starts. There's no QR codes nothing. DO NOT BOOK

Zoey traveled all the way from South Africa, and due to the limited number of approved U.S. entry ports for dogs from South Africa, she ultimately had to fly into Washington. We are based in Denver and initially considered driving to Washington to pick her up ourselves, but quickly realized it was a 23-hour drive one way. Kevin provided a very competitive quote, and a major advantage was that Zoey was able to fly in-cabin with him. This gave us great peace of mind, knowing she would be well cared for and significantly reduced the stress and travel time compared to a long road trip. After picking Zoey up from Pender Pet in Washington, Kevin kept us updated with thoughtful photos and even visited her on the day of her arrival. We decided to have her stay one night at Pender Pet to allow her to rest after her long journey from South Africa. We also had to reschedule her travel date due to an accident she had prior to departure. Kevin was very understanding and accommodating, making the change without any additional charges. We would not hesitate to use Kevin again in the future and highly recommend his services. He clearly has a natural way with dogs, and it was evident how comfortable Zoey felt with him—almost as if she was thanking him for safely bringing her home to us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was great throughout the trip, and she kept me updated. She clearly takes safety first, which I really appreciated. There were some unexpected issues along the way, and because of the long drive and a rainstorm, she chose to stop overnight to get some rest rather than continue driving while tired. I respect that decision because safety should always come first. She was also supposed to have her location shared throughout the trip, but there were some issues because her phone battery was getting low, and she was trying to conserve it so it would last. While I would have preferred to have the location available the entire time, she still kept me informed with updates. My puppy arrived later than originally expected, but he arrived safe, healthy, and well cared for, which was the most important thing. Despite the delay and the location issue, she handled everything professionally and did a good job. I appreciate the communication, her focus on safety, and the care she showed during transport.
