I can’t say enough good things about Tom, lm he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He transported my puppy from Cleveland to Salt Lake City and went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and so thoughtful. He drove over an hour to pick up the puppy, paid the breeder in cash on my behalf (after I Venmo’d him the amount), and even kept the puppy overnight to ensure a smooth travel day. He kept me updated with pictures, messages, and flight tracking the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I got unexpectedly tied up helping my mom with a medical issue and couldn’t make it to the airport, I asked if there was any way he could deliver the puppy to where I was staying—and he did, without hesitation. It meant the world to me. This was my first time hiring someone to transport a dog, and I was honestly nervous about putting that much trust in a stranger. But Tom completely exceeded every expectation. He took such good care of my new puppy and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
