Traci was fantastic, kind, and caring. Got my twin tuxedos boys and I’m so very happy.

Traci was soooo amazing! She went above and beyond to bring our new puppy to us from across the country. She found out that he wouldn’t be able to fly from the original airport without being in checked baggage because it was such a small plane, so she rented a car and drove to get him, and then drove to her connecting flight. She took such good care of him along the way and sent pictures and videos to us as often as she could. She only flys with one pet at a time and made sure he had no paws on the ground so he was not exposed to any diseases along the way. When we met her at the airport I could just see how much she cares for animals and her love and care shined through. I would recommend her to anyone looking for the best care for their pet.

Traci moved our eight pound poodle from the San Jose airport to Daytona Beach. He is a hard headed, stubborn little guy and Traci did a wonderful job with him. Everything went as planned and Traci sent us pictures and text updates throughout the trip. We would give her six stars if we could. Highly recommend!
