Highly recommended! We had an amazing experience with Brian. He went above and beyond to get our huge 8 week old puppies from Red Bud Il to Ocala FL. We were texted when he was stuck in traffic, and we spoke on potty breaks. The puppies arrived healthy and happy. Brian was professional and considerate throughout the entire process. He's a very kind person.

From start to finish Brian went above and beyond to provide a smooth, comprehensive, and professional service. From the time of initial placement of the order until time of delivery at the airport Brian provided outstanding communication, specific details of flight itinerary and ground transport, and plenty of adorable puppy pictures. He drove with - and flew with - our new search and rescue pup from Kansas to California, a significant endeavor that other transporters were not willing to do, and did so at a price that was far less than I had expected. His initiative to handle the unexpected showed through in a flight delay event; he let me know of the change 7 hours in advance allowing me more than sufficient time to make necessary changes in my own plans. The pictures he sent were high quality and heart melting and I felt like I knew my new pup before she even arrived. On delivery my pup was clean, fed, and ready for the drive home, and he even helped me with some minor transport troubleshooting at the end. He was professional, courteous, and friendly through the entire process. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. If you have the chance to hire him to transport your animal I suggest you take it - before someone else does.

Buyer canceled last minute

I hired Brian and Jennifer because of my mobility challenges, and because we caravanned on the trip I got to know them both and how they care for animals. The first thing i want to say is that they are not “hillbillies.” Brian is the night manager at a local grocery store, and Jennifer, an experienced rescue volunteer, drives professionally around the KC metropolitan area making various deliveries. They are both lovely and caring people to work with. My shy boy and my bird made right up with them. Jennifer had a sixth sense about animal handling, and Brian was a master at packing in addition to being protective of his charges and thoroughly capable of handling any unexpected problems that arose on our long trip. They were the nicest, most accommodating people on earth. Because of them, the trip was fun and worry free. I recommend them unreservedly.

Overall an absolute AMAZING experience. It is no joke that trusting your fur babies with a complete stranger is gut wrenching but Brian made it so quick and easy.

Brian was very helpful with our last minute booking! He sent me updates and pictures along the way while bringing my new puppy to the airport. I HIGHLY recommend him— I would definitely use him in the future again!!
