We had an absolutely outstanding experience with José. He transported our two dogs and one cat on a long, cross-country trip, and I couldn’t have asked for better care or communication. José kept us updated in real time with his location, speed, photos, and videos throughout the entire journey, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our dogs is very anxious and doesn’t always do well with strangers, but from the very first meeting, José put him completely at ease. It was clear right away that he’s calm, patient, and truly great with animals. To top it off, our flight was delayed, and José immediately adjusted his plans to accommodate our schedule without any hesitation. That flexibility and kindness meant so much during a stressful travel day. José is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the animals he transports. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had a last-minute change on my plans for picking up my pup so is naturally already stressed. Zay was wonderful and great had communication from the beginning as well as throughout the transport and follow up at drop off. Treated my puppy as his own I knew he was in great hands. They exceeded expectations. Everything they said they would do actually happened which is hard to find from a company these days.
