What’s Included: -Door-to-door or VIP solo transport -Flight nanny services -Real-time GPS tracking -Frequent photo/video updates -Climate-controlled, sanitized vehicle -Treats, water, blankets & safe crates Walks every 3–4 hours (no paws on ground for puppies under 16 weeks) -Litter box cleaning for cats -Booking & Payment Bids valid for 24 hours 15% deposit to reserve space 85% due at pickup (USDA rule) Alaska + Flight Nanny → paid in full at booking Payments: card, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay ________________________________________________ Policies Cancel 7+ days before pickup → full refund Under 7 days → deposit non-refundable Date changes allowed Accurate pet weight required (wrong kennel size may add $200) Health certificate required (within 10 days) Pets must be fully vaccinated; puppies 8+ weeks No crates/totes/food bins allowed Address changes 30+ miles may add fees Small travel bag allowed; food in gallon Ziploc Promise Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness come first. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had a last-minute change on my plans for picking up my pup so is naturally already stressed. Zay was wonderful and great had communication from the beginning as well as throughout the transport and follow up at drop off. Treated my puppy as his own I knew he was in great hands. Highly recommend Zay and his services for anyone looking.

They exceeded expectations. Everything they said they would do actually happened which is hard to find from a company these days. We received our pet perfectly fine with plenty of updates with tracking during her ride to us. I would definitely recommend using this company's services they got it done right 100% the first time.
