I’ll admit that I was a bit skeptical about hiring Tatiana for the transport of my 8 week old puppy from the east coast to the west coast. I have no experience in pet transportation and wasn’t quite sure how the process works. Tatiana was patient with me and explained the whole process in detail. After receiving countless bids and offers, I subsequently decided to go with Tatiana. I made this decision based on my initial interaction with Tatiana. She always responded to my messages and appeared to be passionate about the work she does. I didn’t get the vibe that she was just looking for a quick buck. I was even skeptical about payment methods, in which Tatiana gave me numerous options in terms of payment. Today I picked up my pup from the airport and everything Tatiana said she was going to do, she did. She truly went above and beyond. Her services were outstanding and I would definitely use her again if needed.

Tatiana was fantastic! Very professional and a loving caretaker while transporting our 12 week old Yorkie. She kept us updated with photos and updates throughout their journey from South Bend to Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Tatiana!

Cannot say enough about working with Tatiana. From working thru schedule to get Gizmo, to addressing any concerns I had. This was long flights for a 2 year old pug, who. Really did not ever leave home. He did great on flights, Fairbanks to MSP, then on to Baltimore, thanks to her. First time using service, did not know there was such a thing, but glad I found it, Tatiana

I am really thankful for Elite Flight Nanny. I had to find a flight nanny last minute and this was my first time ever using one or even looking into it, so my anxiety was through the roof. She answered all of my questions, sent her itinerary & let me FaceTime her so I was able to see she was real. Overall, she was amazing and helped bring me my newest baby boy, sent me messages and photos at every gate, on the planes, and of them in the airports. I am so happy I found her to work with, I will be recommending her to my family, friends, or anyone else who finds themselves needing a flight nanny.

I needed to make cross country travel arrangements for my sister's cat on short notice. Tatiana prioritized Red the Cat's safety and comfort throughout the whole process. She was very helpful with information about traveling for Red and kept us all informed with timely updates and photos. Unfortunately there was a flight delay but Tatiana worked to minimize the stresses of travel and made sure Red was getting enough food and water, even getting his favorite food for him. Everything went as smoothly as possible bringing Red to his new home.
