I am really thankful for Elite Flight Nanny. I had to find a flight nanny last minute and this was my first time ever using one or even looking into it, so my anxiety was through the roof. She answered all of my questions, sent her itinerary & let me FaceTime her so I was able to see she was real. Overall, she was amazing and helped bring me my newest baby boy, sent me messages and photos at every gate, on the planes, and of them in the airports. I am so happy I found her to work with, I will be recommending her to my family, friends, or anyone else who finds themselves needing a flight nanny.

I needed to make cross country travel arrangements for my sister's cat on short notice. Tatiana prioritized Red the Cat's safety and comfort throughout the whole process. She was very helpful with information about traveling for Red and kept us all informed with timely updates and photos. Unfortunately there was a flight delay but Tatiana worked to minimize the stresses of travel and made sure Red was getting enough food and water, even getting his favorite food for him. Everything went as smoothly as possible bringing Red to his new home.

We had such a fantastic experience with Tatiana. She was very responsive during the entire process and always willing to talk through questions and worries before the flight. She helped us get our dog ready for the trip with step by step instructions to get her comfortable with the travel bag and she checked in between the time we booked the flight and the actual trip. She also sent updates during the flight and layover. Our dog arrived as planned and was clearly well cared for through the entire flight. I highly recommend Elite Flight Nanny.

Flight Nanny was amazing!!!! I was so nervous shipping my Foster dog off to her forever home but Tatiana made the experience absolutely seamless! She updated me along the way and made sure my dog was super comfortable. She was very patient with her and reassuring which made me feel better. It's super scary sending your dog with a stranger across the country but Tatiana makes you feel so comfortable. I will absolutely use her in the future!!! I usually book vehicle transports, but this is the way to go! Trust me you will not regret it!

Extremely happy with my decision to hire Tatiana (Elite Flight Nanny) to transport my two cats across the country. Tatiana was amazing. I chose door to door service, due to major health issues on both ends. She was in constant contact with me and guided me through the entire process of what to do and buy to help Precious (the cat) with the planned flight. She arrived on time to pick up Precious. The flight kept getting delayed, due to issues with the computer systems, and was finally cancelled. Tatiana notified me and the new owner immediately and she eventually found another flight from a different airport close by. Precious arrived on time in Kentucky, in great condition, despite the delays with the airlines.
