Many members of our team have spent their lives around animals of all kinds, from the large to small — from horses, to dogs and cats, and much more. Some of us are even dog breeders ourselves, which gives us a deep understanding of the care, responsibility, and trust that comes with having an animal’s life in your hands. We know firsthand how much love, attention, and worry goes into caring for a pet of our own, and it’s a responsibility we never take lightly! That same respect, care, and personal love for animals is brought to every transport we take on. We are a privately owned, veteran-run company with over 15 years of professional pet transport experience, and we’ve built a reputation as one of the most consistent and structured nationwide transport services in the United States. Our office team and drivers are experienced professionals who genuinely care about the animals in our care. This isn’t a hobby for us or a way to see the country — we are dedicated logistics and transport professionals, and this is how we support our families. Because of that, we take our responsibility seriously and operate professionally while following all legal standards required for animal transport. At Hound Haulers, your pet isn’t just cargo — they’re family, and we treat them that way every mile of the journey. Our credentials include: • USDA Registered (a federal requirement for lawful animal transport) • Registered LLC business • Fully insured operations • Reliable delivery timelines averaging 650–750 miles per day Hound Haulers has been in business for 7+ years and has safely transported over 12,000 pets nationwide. In addition to our Cross-Country transport routes, we also offer: ■ Private Ride Transport ■ Semi-Private Nationwide Transport Every transport includes: ▪ Properly sized kennels and bedding for safe travel ▪ Purified bottled water ▪ Live GPS tracking and daily photo updates ▪ Comfort and potty breaks every 3–4 hours or as needed Communications Hours: 10am-6pm(EST) Monday - Friday Please leave me a message and I will gladly respond during business hours. Semi-Private booking closes every Friday at 4pm EST. You must complete booking with us by then to be on the following weeks schedule, and may not join any current/active week. Please contact us before selecting our offer! We provide only the safest USDA approved Pet Carriers on our transports (wires crates are not USDA approved). By law all pets are required to remain in separate sanitized kenels during travel. Passengers are exercised individually throughout travel with stops every 4-5 hrs during the daytime. (No Paws On Ground under 4 months) We are an affordable, trustworthy team that considers your passenger as precious cargo. We believe communication is key and safety is first. BOOKING Please know that when you accept any quote on this CitizenShipper platform, you are agreeing to pay this site their seperate fee for pairing you with a transport service. Before you use this marketplace to select an independent transport service please know: • CitizenShipper is a marketplace platform only • CitizenShipper does not conduct transport, nor do they have reliable or extensive transportation experience • CitizenShipper is not recognized or acknowledged by any licensed agency as an athourity on transportation in any capacity • CitizenShipper is not recognized or acknowledged as a reliable source of information, or trustworthy advise on any professional transport service or operation • No transporter using this platform works for, or in partnership with Citizenshipper, as all are independently owned/operated and use this marketplace as one of several to advertise our services PAYMENT As we are licensed transport professionals in a federally regulated industry, we follow the same recognized worldwide industry standard as any other professional transport/shipping service: We send you a transport agreement/contract for review and then payment is required in full to booking passenger travel. This is the same as when you pay up front for a plane, boat, ride-share, or even Amazon delivery service. Once you've completed payment, then you recieve confirmation of being added to your selected weeks schedule. With your transport agreement and documented confirmation, you'll be ready to go! Please understand that unlike Amazon, FedEx, or USPS, and live animal cargo is more costly and not based on speed alone. We stop and take time with each pet passenger throughouteach day of travel. These stops take time and are important to providing the highest level of care for our lives cargo. We do not drive continuously overnight. We follow the professional guidelines for safety as set by the DOT for professional cross country drivers. We travel in all seasons on your behalf, so ETA can be affected by weather, traffic, or other hazards of the road. But we are in that element instead of you and we appreciate your understanding that unexpected situations do arise, and you will have excellent communications from us in that regards, along with GPS location access at all times through the journey and daily photo updates.

Corey at CitizenShipper is an outstanding member of their team. He took wonderful care of cat, James, during his journey. Corey went above and beyond to make James feel comfortable, even putting him in a smaller crate with a blanket, which worked wonders. What amazed me most was that Corey figured out this comforting technique on his own—without me mentioning it—showing his incredible instincts and understanding of animals. Throughout the trip, Corey consistently sent me pictures and texted me daily updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Corey to anyone looking for a pet transporter who genuinely cares for animals and their well-being.

First off if you book them check your spam. They are an efficient shipper. I received multiple texts and pics of my sons dog along the way. It made it easier for him as a service member who couldn't take his dog with him. They are reasonably priced and very friendly
