Credentials & Compliance We operate strictly within federal and state regulations governing commercial animal transport: ●USDA Registered (federally required for lawful transport) ●Registered LLC business ●Fully insured operations ●Professional routing averaging 650–750 miles per day Under federal law (9 CFR § 3.136–3.138), all animals transported for compensation must be in compliant primary enclosures — meaning: ✔ All pets travel in secure, USDA-compliant kennels ✔ No loose animals in transport — no exceptions ✔ No passenger-to-passenger contact at any time This is not preference — this is law, safety, and liability protection for your pet. Corey at CitizenShipper is an outstanding member of their team. He took wonderful care of cat, James, during his journey. Corey went above and beyond to make James feel comfortable, even putting him in a smaller crate with a blanket, which worked wonders. What amazed me most was that Corey figured out this comforting technique on his own—without me mentioning it—showing his incredible instincts and understanding of animals. Throughout the trip, Corey consistently sent me pictures and texted me daily updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. First off if you book them check your spam. They are an efficient shipper. I received multiple texts and pics of my sons dog along the way. It made it easier for him as a service member who couldn't take his dog with him. They are reasonably priced and very friendly
