My name is Miranda and I am the owner/operator of MRL Transport, you deal with me start to finish! I offer ground and airline transportation and strive for same or next day ground drop off depending on location. Compared to some larger companies with more reviews, I appear “newer” to the site. Please don’t let that sway you (I have also taken small hiatuses to focus on my off website work). I’ve owned pets ever since I was 2 years old. From fish to dogs, horses to goats and everything in between there is no animal I don’t love. I currently have an 8 year old miniature dachshund named Milo, a 9 year old Siamese mix named Dutchess, an almost 1 year old kitten named Sashimi, and a 3 year old toy poodle named Freda who is my newest edition and travel companion (training to be my service animal ❤️). I am also the mommy to two humans (8 years old and 3 years old). My father drives a semi and as a child I often enjoyed going on trips with him which carried over into my love of travel as an adult. I will do everything I can to make sure your fur baby is as comfortable and happy as possible en route to their furever home! A pro to me having a smaller vehicle as opposed to a large van or something that can fit multiple cages is that pretty much every trip is a VIP trip for your pet. I have enough room for maybe one or two animals/crates therefore I can focus on your pet and their needs more than some of these companies with larger vehicles that take four or five pets at a time :) it also means that other than potty/leg stretchbreaks each trip is pretty much a straight there trip. You don’t have to worry about me stopping to drop off multiple other animals before your baby gets to their new home! Less car time equals less stress :) I have worked in customer service basically as long as I’ve been able to work. I understand the importance of communication (and will be in contact throughout the trip) as well as how important it is to go above and beyond for you and your pet to make sure your experience is exceptional! I look forward to having the opportunity to help you with whatever your transport needs may be! I am a stay at home mom/self-employed. This is my only job and how I support my family (I’m so blessed!). My schedule is typically completely flexible. I will work to accommodate you! As far as payment, I do typically ask for 50% down prior to or upon pick up with the remainder paid upon drop off. I am able to accept Zelle (preferred method), Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, PayPal, and in some instances cash, at this time :) **Notice: there is a fee charged through the website for using their services. This goes 100% to them and is separate from the agreed upon price for my services! I hope you understand :) *

Miranda was spectacular!!! She answered my quote and questions immediately. She was able to leave that same night to get out sweet pup to us asap. She stayed in touch the entire trip and updated us with pictures upon pick up and along the way to our home. Miranda with MRL Transport is a true professional who gave our 16-week puppy VIP treatment throughout their 8+ hour journey to us. She checked-in the day before - confirming details - and continued to check-in after pick-up from the breeder had been confirmed. She knew just the right amount of times to check-in and give an update on their ETA or to simply send an adorable picture of our puppy safe and cozy in his own kennel. I encouraged our breeder to save her contact info for future pickup and delivery needs. I have never experienced buying a puppy from another state nor paying for a "shipping" or "traveler" service, but Miranda was able to abate any initial anxiety I had. She picked the puppy up early a.m. (6:30) in order to deliver our puppy the same day even though she had a 4 hour drive to the breeder's from another time zone! I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend Miranda!
