I had never booked a pet transport before and was very skeptical. After talking to Matt and his wife Brandi, it gave me the confidence i needed to trust them with my new puppy. He was making a very long trip from Texas to South Carolina and I was concerned about his stress. They took excellent care of him and loved on him, sent me pictures, communicated any updates on the ETA and even arrived a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend Mr. On Time and would use them again if needed. Oh, I failed to mention the transport price was a heck of a lot cheaper than a plane ticket for me to get him myself! They are very fair priced and overall an excellent experience.

Mr (& Mrs) On Time are nothing short of excellence! They are helpful, informative, caring, supportive and definitely On time! I was nervous and taking a last minute chance to get the dog of my dreams and they made it possible. The process was smooth and I just knew my pup was in good hands. Mr On Time [Matt] and Brandi were very nice and personable !!! They were VERY reasonable and accommodating my last minute decision on finding transportation for my new border collie pup! The trip was from Houston , Texas to Columbia, SC. I highly recommend them ! They are very professional. Matt and Brandi were concise and accurate with communicating with me on Bella's journey to her new home.

We were very satisfied with the service from start to finish!! We booked Matt to pick up our pet from Texas to Massachusetts. Matt was able to accommodate pricing and we instantly booked him. He maintained in contact with us, sharing GPS and pictures/videos checking in to give us updates each day. Our pet was delivered with no issues and we are so happy. First would like to say that this app is not friendly user. If I did not have clear and concise communication with the driver… I would not have been successful at achieving my delivery goal. Because of the driver he made the delivery happen regardless of my lack of being computer savvy. I can’t speak highly enough of the driver. He was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My baby was coming from Houston Texas to Greenville NC. Actually we went down there together in September of last year to see my new grandbaby. When leaving Texas I was unable to bring her back with me and had to leave with a friend there for several months. There wasn’t a day that I thought about my baby and wondering how I will be able to get her back here with me. Once deciding on the best driver for me and securing bid… everything else was done for me. My baby was thoroughly taken care of. She was treated like the princess she is. I am so happy I picked Mr. On time! From start to finish the process was very professional. He kept in touch with me the entire time. I knew she was in great hands of a person that love our furry friends as much as we do. I can’t say thank you enough to Mr. On time. He made it so simple for my dream to come true. I was able to be reunited with my baby and was treated very well and given all the care she needed on a long journey. I looked at a lot of bids but his was the only one that stood out to me. After communicating with him once… I knew he would be my driver. I would refer him, use his services many more times if needed. He was the best this site offered me and I was not disappointed. Booking this driver was my best decision and would not hesitate to use him again and again. You are the best Mr. On time and please never stop having a heart of gold.
