Ally was so wonderful. She was available immediately to transport my Pomeranian from VA to PA. Ally took great care of her and sent me updates and photos along the way. Her arrival time was on target. I would highly recommend Ally and will certainly use her again in the future.

I have used various transporters for my dog and Ally is by far the best one out of all of them. I was in a horrible situation where I was laid off from work for two months and had to move from TN to Ohio if I wanted to get my life back basically. My dog , Chloe (50 lb pitbull) is my life. I view her as my child and love her more than anything in the world. Since I had to travel in hotels and leave for 10 hours at a time, I had no choice but to have my dog transported to my dad’s house to be a safe. It broke my heart so much. Since I’ve had bad experiences on citizen shipper, I worried so much about having my dog getting sent back to my parents (again). I swear to all viewers on this site, you will not find a better shipper then Ally. Ally even sings songs to my dog which my dog loves. Ally made sure my dog was happy the whole trip. She gave her much love and treats.. Ally truly loves animals and believe it or not, a lot of ppl in this business do this just for money and could care less about your pet being happy or not. She sent me update photos the whole trip and I’ve never been more comfortable with another person handling my dog in my life (outside of family). I want Ally to be there in the further for my connection back to my dog when I settle back down in something other then a hotel. Again, I promise you Ally is your best option.
