We focus on comfort, safety, and clear communication from booking to delivery. 👨‍✈️ Santos is our experienced long-haul driver and hands-on caregiver during transport. 📞 Karla is your scheduler and primary point of contact, handling planning, coordination, and updates throughout the trip. We are USDA registered, and all pets travel in individual carriers provided by us for a secure and low-stress experience. 🚐 Transport Details • Semi-private transport (limited number of pets per trip) • Individual carriers provided • Breaks every 3–4 hours • Regular photo & video updates • Puppies 16 weeks and under travel no paws on ground 📋 Requirements for Transport • Pets must be at least 8 weeks old • Health Certificate required • Rabies vaccination required when applicable (age-dependent) 🧳 What to Send With Your Pet • Enough food for the duration of the trip • A thin bed or blanket is recommended for comfort (No bowls, toys, or excess items needed) 💳 Payment Policy • 25% deposit due at least 4 days before pickup • Accepted: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or card payment • Remaining balance: • Due at pickup if sender is paying • Due at delivery if receiver is paying • Cash strongly preferred for final payment ⚠️ Platform Fee Disclaimer Citizenshipper may charge a booking/service fee. This fee does not go to K9 Rides and is not included in our transport quote. At K9 Rides, your pet’s safety and comfort come first. We treat every pet as if they were our own and keep you informed every step of the way.

They were wonderful considering that it was such a stressful situation on our end. They updated us like they said. The only thing that would’ve help put my mind at ease would’ve been getting the gps tracking info upfront from them. We didn’t get it until halfway through the trip. I would highly recommend them and would definitely consider them again if we ever needed another transport. Our sincere Thanks!
