At K9 Rides we are a two person team, my name is Karla and my husband’s name is Santos. We love all animals and know how important it is to have your Fur Baby transported. For us, this is a great responsibility to transport your family member therefore you can be assured that your pet will be in truly caring hands. Your pet will not be cargo, but our companion and travel buddy. We specialize in private and semi-private transport, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our passengers♥️ We are fully insured with auto & pet insurance. Pets are often nervous at first during transportation, so we do everything in our power to make your pet comfortable and make the ride as enjoyable as I can. We take the time to bond with them and get to know them by taking them on walkies or performing enrichment activities to gain their trust. Per USDA, all pets are crated but we do ensure they travel on a large crate where they can move freely, we also add chew toys and entertainment for them to make the ride more enjoyable as well as blankets and beds. We take breaks every 3 to 4 hours to provide relief and exercise to keep stress at the most minimum level and take the time to play and bond with them and sometimes even teach them new tricks! We will keep you informed all along the way: GPS tracking, pictures, bathroom breaks, eating habit and demeanor. You are welcome to call us anytime! Most Important: • Animals must be in good health for travel. • Let me know if there are any medical issues or medicines they will need to take or if they have any dietary needs. • Puppies & Kittens MUST be at least 8-weeks old to travel. • Please ensure that your dogs collar cannot slip off overhead, this will help when pausing for potty breaks or feeding time. • Only one tote bag per pet is allowed for transport, we strive to maintain as much space as possible to make the trip more comfortable Bids are negotiable. I will work with your budget! We do require a 25% deposit, deposit is refundable up to 1 week before the pick up date in case any plans change on your end or up to any point in case plans change in ours. Remaining payment due when pet is safely delivered. Payment with Zelle, Venmo or Cash App is accepted as well. All we ask is that the pick up and drop off person is available at the scheduled pick up or drop off time. If paying with AfterPay, full payment is required at the time of pick up We can guarantee once booked I will follow through with our commitment, and we are excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your Fur Babies
