Please put effort into communication so that we may best accommodate you. We are unable to do that if you do not clearly state your needs/desires or preferences, are very short in your responses or read msgs & don’t reply. We have been transporting domestic & exotic pets cross country on average 2-3 times a month for the last 6 years for owners, breeders & rescuers. This is our business, not a hobby or past time so please understand that we take this very serious. IF YOU DESIRE VIP/Solo PLEASE MAKE THAT KNOWN & understand it is higher price from a shared transport in order to cover travel costs (All pets are kept & cared for separately) We provide Live GPS tracking and video/picture updates of your pet throughout transport. Dogs who are old enough to touch the ground are walked watered and fed seperately and multiple times a day. Cats are cuddled and cared for but not allowed to roam free. Although we are able to provide food we may ask you as the owner to provide a bit of food that your pet is already used to eating.

Nathan was the best! Two 80+ lb Pitweiler's that have never been leash trained or stepped outside of the front door. They are 22 months old and were very difficult. He got my babies to me safely to our new home. I am forever grateful because I was so worried and stressed about how to get them moved as I have a disability and couldn't help yet alone do it myself! I would highly recommend Nathan!! Great job!

Nathan was amazing with Ginger. From the minute he showed up, Ginger went right up to him and started licking him, which she never does. Nathan was very calm and chill and sweet with Ginger. He took pictures throughout their 3 day journey from Idaho to Boston. I would highly recommend My Pet Chauffeur and plan on using Nathan for Ginger's return trip back home in a few months.

Highly satisfied and recommend. My Pet Chauffeur LLC was the quickest to be able to pickup my fur baby at a good price. Communication was great and they delivered my puppy on time. They shared his location the entire time and even sent me a video of my puppy when he was halfway home. I’ve never used a pet transport company before and was very nervous about it. This company did a great job. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
