Mila (our pup) had a great experience, I was very nervous to send her because she was not comfortable getting in the car but by the time she got to the destination she didn’t want to leave her drivers side. I loved that they used an app so we could track her progress on the trip and they were communicative with myself and my mom who was on the receiving end. Overall we had a great experience and would consider using again if need be!

Driver was EXTREMELY sweet and treated our boys like her own. Thank you so much for handling them with care, I cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude me and my partner have for Dawn and Bubbies Transport. She answered every single question we had and reassured us through the entire process. Even after pickup, we could contact her at any point and ask how the cats were doing, and ask for a picture. She checked in with us on the first stop, and then the next morning she gave us a call and gave us an update on how they there doing, and finally let us know if they are and drank. She then gave us the game plan for the day and the very night, our boys were brought home! I absolutely cannot recommend Bubbies enough. If you're anxious about the whole process and need reassurance, and need someone dependable and reliable, Bubbies is your transport service for you and your animal!

They were very responsive and answered all my questions. Transported my dog safely and quickly and driver was very kind and sent pictures and updates throughout trip. My dog loved the road trip.
