Amazing service, was very responsive. Sent lots of pictures and videos along the way of my pet. Had great timing! My pet was very comfortable with her! 5 stars for sure!

We weren’t able to go through the process because of an issue we encountered due to pcsing but she had amazing communication and was willing to help me with anything. Made the process very easy and I wish I could’ve worked with her!! Highly recommend Mindy!!!

Mindy was fantastic with transporting our big Labrador to his new home. She was so quick in getting there but also made sure his needs were taken care of every step of the way. If I needed to transport another animal I would not hesitate to contact Mindy again, she did an amazing job and we were super happy!

Mindy is a kind and clever person who will make good decisions and try to make your pet’s journey safe and comfortable. She transported my 13 year old dog and cat and also 2 younger cats from Texas to Washington. I watched Mindy on the FIND MY App and texted her along the way. I would definitely trust Mindy with my pets again. She earned her nickname Mindy the Magnificent

She was there when she said she would be and dropped him off when she said she would. She keep us updated of the travels and sent pics and videos of Tucker all along the way. I have never shipped a pet before and Monday made it easy and we never doubted that Tucker was in good hands.
