We provide photos and updates every two hours as well as clean/fresh bedding, blankets, pillows, food, water, and anything else that might help make the trip easier for your pet. Heather deserves all the stars, she is so amazing and went above and beyond!!! It’s my first time having an animal shipped and Heather made it stress free. She would check in prior to the pick up date. Then during travel she would send update and pictures! We even could track them as they traveled. I recommend using FF transport and if I ever need services again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Heather! She will take amazing care of your fur baby while she has them in her care.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Heather exceeded my expectations! She is so caring and understands how stressful this process is for the pet and pet parents. If I could give a 10 star rating, it d give it to Heather. But plus not hesitate to use her service again or recommend her to others. I booked her service about 4-weeks out and she checked in weekly to insure her schedule had not changed. She communicated throughout the transport and sent pictures of our kitten along the way. I 100% recommend Heather’s services. She was friendly, kept me updated every 2 hours with details and pictures of our baby girl (4 month old Doberman). Heather was amazing in transporting our puppy half way across the country. It was Thanksgiving week, with storms and bad weather. She kept us updated and was very communicative. She even sent a message the day after she dropped the puppy off to check in on her. I would highly recommend using her to transport your pet and we will definitely be contacting her the next time we need a transport.

Heather did a phenomenal job with my big girl (4 YO EM 185 lbs). She was so relaxed and comfortable with Heather that she was actually snoring. Given her size, that is a huge thing!
