Simply putting a great job doesn't do this family justice. The amount of communication, dedication, and the above and beyond this family went was superior and not to mention how nice they were through the whole process. If you would trust anyone with transporting your pet from one place to another this is the family you trust. They delivered our cat to our front door from California to Louisiana. Kept us up to date constantly and kept the pictures coming. There were no hidden fees. They were transparent on all fronts. 10 out of 10.

Dwayne was excellent! We were so worried about not transporting our dog ourselves, but we couldn't make the timing work. We were worried that our dog would be so stressed and sad but the moment Dwayne arrived he took time to visit and chat with us. Even showed my daughter some pictures of other dogs as we were both sad to see our dog leave. We had tears and he was calm and let us say our goodbyes. Our friends texted once they received our dog from Dwayne and had nothing but positive things to say. Our dog was well taken care of and eve when she met Dwayne and got in the car her tail was wagging so happy. He talked to her and pet her to make sure she was at ease, which made us at ease. He texted updates, and was someone we felt instantly we could trust. The transition from Utah to California was smooth and we were informed the entire time! Highly recommend using them! I had read and researched other services but felt good about this one and now that we used it I highly recommend them!!

Our 60+ lb American Pitbull Terrier Blue arrived on time and happy with Antonio! If I ever need another carrier/transporter we will be calling Antonio. Antonio gave me a bit of a growl when we first met beyond Antonio assured him he was OK. He bonded with him over the five day trip. The Worse service ever!!!!!! I put my post up for NOV 3 Monday. They sent me a message and said they could deliver on OCT 31. I agreed and changed my plans and contacted the seller and made arrangements, moved my whole schedule around. So I decided to book with them and paid $137 on the app. Now this is where the lies and promises start getting messy. Later on that night, after selling me the booking on the 31st. They tell me that they cant make it on the 31 and how they just had a delivery and needed time to rest. So FRANK calls me and says he will go home get his friend to drive for him and pick up the puppy early in the morning 6-7 am when he gets into the town the seller is. NEVER SHOWED UP. Now the seller is wondering where the FRANK is. All day today no word. Around 5 pm I call Frank and he says that he hasn't picked up the puppy and that he would have to go get the puppy at 11 pm - 12 am. Now this is a older women. Definitely not professional or shows courtesy going to a elders house at that time. After the RUN AROUND and RUN AROUND for 2 days with nothing getting done. HE says he can deliver at 5-6 am on Saturday. IVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH INCONSISTANCY AS MUCH AS THIS. IT WENT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT AND EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. Very very unprofessional and lack of communication and definitely doesn't not respect peoples time. His language was very unprofessional and when I vocalized my frustration. He kept cutting me off and had no respect for a women. After the 2 days of the run around all he could offer was a 20$ discount. Also explaining that he used a Uber pets to deliver a pet to a client and got paid the full amount while the charge for him to send the Uber was cheaper. I SHOULD OF KNOWN THAT WAS A SIGN. NEVER EVER AGAIN> TERRIBLE SERVICE.
