okay first let me start off by saying… VERY PROFESSIONAL. she made sure to have all the things she needed for the trip; like cat litter box, extra dog leash, and extra cat bowl. she drove my cat AND dog from NY to VA. She gave me updates and pictures of them, made sure i had her location at all times, and she made sure to take stops and take my dog on walks. i was skeptical at first booking through a website and with a stranger that i had never met before but she did an amazing job and very trust worthy. she was so very sweet too loved her energy!! very VERY good communicator. if i could give her 10 stars ⭐️ i would. i love my pets as if they were my children lol so to know they were in good hands made me feel so comfortable and took the weight off my shoulders while i was traveling i had absolutely no worries or stress while traveling to va.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. They picked up my 2 Chihuahuas in Las Vegas on Monday. Flew with them on the plane to Atlanta and arrived Monday evening. They sent pictures before boarding and after. They did very well flying. Since I had to work that evening, instead of them delivering them to my home, I picked them up from the hotel the next morning. Everything went very smoothly.

I can’t say enough great things about Bill. This was a contentious divorce custody handover of my two labs, so the pickup date moved several times. Bill was very understanding and accommodating. His flexibility and excellent communications were very appreciated as it was during the busy holiday season. Once he was able to get my girls, he sent me a link to a map so I could watch their progress and sent me photos and updates throughout the very long drive. My ex had tossed out the girls harnesses, but Bill had some on hand so he could walk them safely. My girls arrived safe, sound and happy, they had a great time with Bill. He is professional, prepared, he really cares about the pets he transports, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Richard was amazing with my boy. Kane is extremely malnourished and was filthy upon arrival. He bought food and water for him, because we didn’t think the shelter would give him any. (Unfortunately we were right). Richard drove from Florida, to Alabama to get Kane and then dropped him off to me in New Hampshire. Linda his wife, kept me notified every few hours about how Kane was doing and his mannerisms. I am so thankful for the both of them for getting my new rescue home to rest, eat and forever be loved!

Gigi was wonderful!! This was a rehoming situation. I had to send my babies to my friend in Florida because of my chronic medical conditions. She kept me informed during the trip. It was reassuring following the trip on the app she provided. When they arrived my friend said they didn't want to leave Gigi. That says a lot for the way she treated them. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I became a widow a year and a half ago and with no help with them, and my medical conditions it became obvious this was for the best. Gigi made the transition a lot easier. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was "godmother" to my parents' dog Mollie, and when they both passed away within 4 months of each other I had to scramble to make arrangements to bring her from Phoenix to SE Michigan. On top of this, riding in cars makes her nervous, so I was worried about the stress of it all. I paid a premium for Mollie to travel solo. Kristen kept us well informed throughout the trip, and kindly shared her bed with my grieving pup. At first Mollie was bewildered by all the changes, but when they arrived at my home it was clear that Mollie had fallen completely in love with Kristen. In fact...she heard my other dogs barking and turned around and tried to get back in the car with her newfound best friend! :-) That is all the review this dog lover needs!! Barbara is an Angel she rescued my brother and sister in law and niece and nephews French bulldog that went missing a year ago. From Las Vegas all the way to South Carolina. Kesha is a Superhero. Took my Pet from Phoenix to LAX for an overseas flight. The Crate was rejected by the Cargo check-in, without wasting time she went to a couple of Pet Stores and bought the correct Crate and other missing requirements and was back at the Airport in time to check him in. She got everything necessary done first including paying for the new create out of her own pocket and asked questions later. I'm so grateful. We were so impressed with the entire experience! From booking to pickup and delivery, Kesha’s communication was absolutely outstanding. This was our first time doing something like this, and we were most definitely nervous, but she instantly put us at ease with her quick responses, photos, and constant updates. She drove all the way from Bismarck, ND to Mesa, AZ and treated our 2 dogs like true VIPs as they rode comfortably in the back seat and were clearly well cared for the whole way. She drove as much as she safely could to make sure they arrived as quickly as humanly possible. We highly recommend Kesha and her services and will be using her again! Five stars doesn’t feel like enough she was awesome!
