We are at the mercy of Parts suppliers and of course wherever we're at in North America , also can be the reason why we get apart fast or slow and if the parts even in stock that ,we can't control stock or availability to get part . We will do our best in keeping you informed. And a course, your pet will be safe wherever we are at in a motel. But thank you for understanding this part ,we have no control on parts .

I didn't know how to feel about when posting on the internet with my dog. It can always be a scary thing when posting and having to trust someone you never met. But let me tell you about the service they provided if I could give them a 100-star rating I would. They made it very simple i moved all the way from Alaska to Colorado and my dog diesel was stuck there and was nervous about how to get him back. Very happy with Fast Service. They took exceptionally good care of my elderly dog when transporting her across the country. They gave me daily updates with pictures and kept me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely use them again.
