Wow! Amazing experience! I would never dreamed I would send my baby with a stranger on a car ride across states. After talking to Erin, I knew she would take great care of him. And hes a chihuahua! I had never shipped my 100 lb Rottweiler before, and I was extremely nervous—especially because my dog, Bentley, can be fearful, reactive, and has shown some aggression in the past. From the moment they picked him up, all of that anxiety disappeared. He was calm, patient, and completely unfazed by Bentley’s behavior. Antonio was amazing! I was so sad to be apart from my babies for several days, but we couldn’t fly with them. So we found this site and saw all of the many options available. Antonio had wonderful reviews and was incredibly responsive from the get go. He picked up our babies at our house and gave us an estimated ETA. We provided him with a slew of items in order to make the trip more enjoyable for our puppies and kitties. He appreciated all of the items. He sent daily videos showing wagging tails during their daily walks and Pictures of our kitties cuddling together in their kennel. He dealt with terrible weather and an awful accident that delayed his arrival considerably. He never responded in frustration and never sounded upset. He did whatever was best for our animals making sure that they arrived safely. He arrived this evening and it was a wonderful reunion. Everyone was happy and healthy. I really genuinely wanted to like them. Sierra and Kaleb were both very sweet and kind people and I would happily be friends with them under any other circumstances. However right from the beginning this contract had issues. When we initially set up the service it was agreed that they would pick up our pup for her trip early in the evening on the 13th. we received no conversation to the contrary from them until I texted them to get clarification. It was then I learned that they were delayed and would not be able to pick up till the morning. I informed them that we would need to leave our house at 6am and was assured they would be here "long before 6" the next communication I received was that Kaleb would be in the area 3-5am and i said the earlier the better. then we recieved a message around 5 am that there was an accident and they would be delayed yet again awaiting the clearing of the road. Kaleb finally arrived around 6:30 am. he was very nice and even offered to bring us to the bus station to make up for the delay. we gladly accepted and he spent the rest of the time till we boarded our bus with us making sure we got off on our journey safely. he's super sweet and fun to hang out with. After a long trip for us we got further delays on drop off which was scheduled for 7pm at our destination. after everything we didn't end up getting our baby back till after 1am. While I understand that delays happen and I try to be accepting of what happens it honestly felt like our puppy was being held hostage by the end of it all. I hate that I have to leave less than a 5 star but I can't overlook so many delays.

We bought a three year-old 27 foot boat in Gulf Shores, Alabama, see trial it and Joseph met us for the pick up the following day. Every step of the way Joseph was a professional. There were some problems with brakes, overheating, and blowing tires (3) within the first 300 miles of the 2000 mile journey. Joseph pulled the calipers on both sides of the front axles and carried on to deliver the boat on schedule. I was kept apprised of his progress and the 2000 mile journey took just four days. I would definitely use Joseph again and recommend you use him for your next transport. on top of everything else he’s a believer!

Arne is a super nice person and helped us in a pinch. Here's the TLDR. Parents unexpectedly found and adopted a rescue, Pearl, on 11/14 while they were visiting us in CT. Flight home to FL for parents was on 11/16. We realized Pearl was a little too big to fit in an approved carrier and go on the flight. Enter Arne, who luckily was arriving in NY on 11/15. He came to our house at 1 in the morning on 11/16 to get Pearl who then was happily and comfortably at home with mom and dad in FL by mid-day on 11/17. Arne's not just a great transporter - he an obvious dog-lover/whisperer. He brought his adorable dog, Shadow, in to meet with us when he arrived on 11/16 and our little girl, Pearl, engaged with Arne and Shadow right away. He texted pics along the way so we knew she was all good. I would recommend Arne!
