Richard was very prompt and communicative. He was flexible with me on my details and needs. Overall fantastic experience and my two dogs had a smooth trip cross country.

Our Kelly had a long journey from Virginia to Idaho! I was very worried about her because I was so busy preparing for our move and taking care of my two kids. Richard handled everything wonderfully and kept me updated throughout the trip with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Kelly is scared of almost everything, and this was her first time taking such a long road trip, so I was especially nervous about how she would do. Richard was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring with her, making sure she was comfortable and safe the entire time. Thanks to him, she arrived happy and well cared for. I’m truly grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent communication. I highly recommend this pet transportation service to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their furry family member during a move. ❤️🐾

Amazing VIP service. He was very patient with my frenchie, who was scared of car rides. He got him better adjusted to the leash. Lots of text and picture updates along the way. Highly recommend.
