Sarah and Alex did an amazing job transporting my 17 month old Great Dane (155 lbs) from Chicago to Washington and back, so we could spend the holidays with my family. I appreciated their flexible pick-up time and the communication + updates I received whenever they stopped for bathroom breaks. Would definitely book them again for future travel!

This is the first time we’ve had to use this type of service, so my anxiety was certainly high. Prior to officially booking our year old golden doodle for a trip from Ga to Va, I had the pleasure of communicating with Sara and she answered every question and was patient and great with communication. Raven, our fur baby, took to her immediately. She had supplies on hand in her vehicle to assist Raven during the ride to make him more comfortable, outside of what we sent. Every couple of hours, she sent pics and updates. That was definitely reassuring. She took him out to walk and potty. Raven was nervous and understandably scared of the trip without us, but she did a marvelous job calming and comforting him (and me). The trip was completed in a timely manner and he was delivered as promised. She delivered him to the door, and the handoff was smooth. I can’t begin to verbalize the amount of gratitude that I have for Sara and her obvious love for animals. You’ve got to love what you do a lot, for it to show as well as it did with Sara. If I ever had to transport another animal, for whatever reason, I am, without a doubt, using Ftiendly Pet Express and I will definitely want Sara to be the driver. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, a million times over. I recommend Sara wholeheartedly. Sara, if you see this, thank you again, soooooo very much. You are great and I appreciate you more than I can express.

Sara was amazing! Prompt responses, excellent timing, & frequent updates! This was certainly a new experience for me and I wasn't disappointed at all. If I ever need to do a transport again, I would definitely use Sara. Highly recommend, five stars!

Excellent! Not just Alex helped bring our gentle giant, Oreo, from NC to MI promptly, but also she did it with full of love! Oreo has never traveled that far before and Alex was very patient and caring. Alex stopped along the way to ensure Oreo had potty breaks and stretched! Alex is awesome and definitely recommend her for anyone who needs help transport their pets!

Sara transported my 3 cats from Long Island NY to North Carolina. She kept me updated the whole time. The gps tracking was great and lots of fun watching them get to their destination. Great job Sara. I would recommend highly!!

Sara was wonderful. From the moment she picked my mother's cat up in Montana until she delivered her in Tennessee, we received constant updates, pictures, and she even let us track her progress. She delivered my mom's cat to her quickly and safely, and even got the cat some wet food to celebrate her birthday! I would definitely use her again, and highly recommend her services!
