Hey there! My name is Sara, and I am the owner of Friendly Pet Express. So, you need to move your furry , scalie or feathered friend across the country? Awesome! With four plus years of experience on and off this platform, I have traveled over 500,000 miles getting pets safely to their destinations all across the USA. I’m like the Uber of pet transport, but way more cuddly! I have worked with everything from fluffy kittens to 200+ pound African Mastiffs, reptiles, birds, and even a wide range of farm animals. This diverse background allows us to confidently handle a wide range of species and temperaments, even with aggression, anxiety, or any severe or mild behavioral issues. We also have experience providing care for animals with special needs, including those requiring assistance due to age or health conditions. (solo VIP trips will need to be discussed for these reasons) We are · USDA certified · CPR/First Aid certified · Background Check Verified How we treat your companion like a member of our family · Safe, monitored and insured driving · Photo and video updates every 3 to 4 hours · Stops every 3 to 4 hours for playtime and potty · 24/7 GPS tracking · Climate-controlled vehicles · Pet temperature monitoring systems · Water, bowls, toys, and crates (all sizes!) · Puppy car seats and seatbelts · No paws on the ground policy for puppies under 16 weeks due to high chance of contracting illnesses Just let us know what your pet needs, and we'll make sure to accommodate. While we strive for perfection, unforeseen events can occur. We now have contingency plans in place for anything that might pop up, so you can be confident in your deadline being met. Sara moved my floor loom across the country, and was great to work with! She loaded/unloaded the loom with a friend and coordinated a pickup without anyone having to be at the pickup location. She kept me updated every step of the way and was flexible when scheduling/details changed. 10/10 recommend!

Sarah and Alex did an amazing job transporting my 17 month old Great Dane (155 lbs) from Chicago to Washington and back, so we could spend the holidays with my family. I appreciated their flexible pick-up time and the communication + updates I received whenever they stopped for bathroom breaks. Would definitely book them again for future travel!
