With four plus years of experience on and off this platform, I have traveled over 500,000 miles getting pets safely to their destinations all across the USA. I’m like the Uber of pet transport, but way more cuddly! I have worked with everything from fluffy kittens to 200+ pound African Mastiffs, reptiles, birds, and even a wide range of farm animals. This diverse background allows us to confidently handle a wide range of species and temperaments, even with aggression, anxiety, or any severe or mild behavioral issues. We also have experience providing care for animals with special needs, including those requiring assistance due to age or health conditions. (solo VIP trips will need to be discussed for these reasons) We are · USDA certified · CPR/First Aid certified · Background Check Verified How we treat your companion like a member of our family · Safe, monitored and insured driving · Photo and video updates every 3 to 4 hours · Stops every 3 to 4 hours for playtime and potty · 24/7 GPS tracking · Climate-controlled vehicles · Pet temperature monitoring systems · Water, bowls, toys, and crates (all sizes!) · Puppy car seats and seatbelts · No paws on the ground policy for puppies under 16 weeks due to high chance of contracting illnesses Just let us know what your pet needs, and we'll make sure to accommodate. Sara was amazing! The flight for our dogs were delayed with one day and Sara handled it with so much finesse! This made me feel at ease with the final stretch of travel for our babies! Once she received them from the Airport facilities she kept us informed of their progress constantly and kept on sending us fotos and videos of their time with her. I would highly recommend Sara! Thank you for making this stress free!

I have never shipped a pet before like this and it was scary and new. The peace of mind from using citizen shipper and reading all the ratings from Sara eased my mind. The process is so easy and streamlined! Sara is phenomenal to work with. She sent me photos every few hours and the best part was being able to track real time using the GPS app she provided! It was all around an amazing experience. She’s professional and it shows she really cares about the dogs. She treated my little golden retriever puppy as if he was her own and I truly appreciated that. She was very communicative to my needs - and was very prompt with responses when I was text her. (She even provides her cell phone number) I will absolutely be recommending this process to friends if any of them ever need to transport their own puppies. And this brought my new best friend to me. Sara moved my floor loom across the country, and was great to work with! She loaded/unloaded the loom with a friend and coordinated a pickup without anyone having to be at the pickup location. She kept me updated every step of the way and was flexible when scheduling/details changed. 10/10 recommend!
