I had an excellent experience with Pampered Pupps Travel Agency and cannot recommend them enough. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and reassuring from start to finish. Every step of the process was explained in advance, pricing was transparent and consistent, and I always felt informed and supported. This transport was especially emotional, as the dog was my grandmother’s emotional support animal and they had been together for over 18 years. Pampered Pupps showed incredible kindness, patience, and care, which meant more to our family than I can put into words. They were thoughtful about timing, weather, the dog’s comfort, and minimizing stress during travel. I received regular updates throughout the journey, and it was clear that my grandmother’s dog was being treated with genuine care and respect. Professional, prompt, compassionate, and trustworthy...I would absolutely use Pampered Pupps Travel Agency again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for safe and loving pet transport!! Erin went above and beyond making sure our 60lb goldendoodle got home safe and sound to us. We received video and photo updates all along the way! Erin was very responsive to messages and my dog seemed sad to see her go. We realized we left the food bowls in her van and she drove over an hour and a half out of her way to bring them to us! Would recommend Pampered Pupps Travel to anyone looking for easy and convenient pet transportation!

I cannot explain how wonderful my experience was! I got more pictures from her than the breeder herself. She was so kind to me and had no problem easing my worries. I got so many pictures and updates along the way. And she got here in a very timely manner. And most importantly, Daisy was very happy when I got her. She even took the time to show me how to clean her ears. Definitely recommend this business and would 100% hire them again.

Erin was phenomenal! She picked up our girl the day after booking, gave regular updates (texts, pix, and even videos), and arrived at the destination earlier than expected. Not only did she keep in touch with me, but also kept the receiver updated. I started looking for transportation later than I should have but with Erin's speedy and reasonable bid, prompt communication, and flexibility, there were no impacts. I really appreciated Erin's flexibility and understanding with me mentioning the wrong destination city initially. Erin was pleasant during our telephone communication and in person, and was comfortable with our 15-month old Rottweiler. Highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing experience! I would never dreamed I would send my baby with a stranger on a car ride across states. After talking to Erin, I knew she would take great care of him. And hes a chihuahua! It was as if I were in the car with him! She let me sing to him over the phone and let me call him as many times as I wanted. She was so friendly and accommodating under difficult circumstances. She kept me apprised all the way how he was doing, if he had eaten or gone to the bathroom. I feel like I was talking to my best friend! She actually made what could’ve been a nerve-racking experience for me a fun one! I was excited to meet her. She is extremely accommodating and I think I’ve made a friend! Highly recommend 10 stars out of five!
