The driver stated before I booked that they would deliver the same day. After booking they decided to pick up another drop on the way. Puppy did not arrive until the next morning. Communication was sub par to say the least. I tried calling multiple times, they never answered but text instead. No GPS as stated on profile. More than one dog in the vehicle when mine arrived. States one dog VIP treatment. Will not use again.
This is our first experience shipping our dog with someone, so we have no basis for comparison. We booked Crystal only about a week in advance, so we were happy to find Crystal. Ruby arrived happy and safe, which is of course the #1 goal. Crystal transported multiple dogs, picking up along the way, and continuing on after dropping Ruby off. She stayed in hotels and with her in-laws over the weekend before starting the longest part of the drive. She was very nice, seemed to genuinely like dogs, and sent plenty of updates and pictures along the way. She did not use most of the dog food we provided, but Ruby was not super hungry when she arrived, so I'm guessing she probably chose to feed all the dogs the same food to avoid any conflict. Not really an issue for us, but would have been nice to know in advance rather than getting our cooler bag back with a bunch of warm, smelly food pouches. My advice to anyone using Citizen Shipper is just to ask every possible question so you're clear in advance as to what to expect.
The team at La Familia was absolutely superb! They were caring, professional and extremely kind. I’m sure my pets enjoyed the journey. They arrived well rested and ready for their new home. I recommend La Familia very highly! Awesome experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very lovely young lady she made sure to tell me when she arrived and picked up my puppy. She gave me many updates from the road. She did stop and let the puppy go potty which she sent me pictures of. She gave me a GPS update of where she was at when she stopped for gas. She let me know all in all. What an amazing experience. If you’re worried about sending your pet with a stranger then Russ is your guy. He reassures you every step of the way. He drove my pit bull 2800 miles and I had pictures of him every night and morning. He picked him
Up promptly and dropped him off ahead of schedule. You can tell he cares for animals and he is thoughtful to their owners too. I thought it was a little expensive when I booked the trip but now I believe Russ was worth every penny. Every time I asked if he could do something he politely answered yes. Don’t hesitate, hire Russ and you’ll be happy you did.
My experience was absolutely fantastic. I had responses within minutes and had the dogs picked up within an hour. They got home safe and sound and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I can’t say enough great things about the amazing service that transported my dog, Nino, from Dallas, TX to Watsonville, CA! This was a fantastic experience using the Beans. Their communication was usually very quick unless they are in church which is fine by me. However once they had my pup with them they were in frequent contact and responded very quickly once they had him until we went to bed and they kept driving. My pup was clean when he arrived which tells me he didn't have the opportunity to soil him self while in their care nor did he suck down tons of water like he was never given water. If I ever have to use this service again I will definitely use them. Last point they respect veterans!

Phenomenal service! I was worried transporting a dog that has some issues I needed to work with such as pulling. The team is great! They got my Goldendoodle to Texas safely from Minnesota. Bear even cried when they dropped him off and left. I was worried about using the shipper but this one truly loves their jobs and clients. They sent constant updates. Bear approved!!!

The transport went extremely well considering how many animals she was caring for. I’m more than happy with this service and recommend them. She was on time for both pick up and delivery also made sure that they were all comfortable during the trip.

First message from the provider said "Hi Darrin, what are your preferred pick up dates? If you have a 1 to 4 day pick up window that would be great." By day 4 there was still no date for pickup nor was there any idea on a date, even though 2 days before he said it would be a couple days. Secondly this provider requires money up front, however when canceling the shipment through CitizenShipper the provider states: "my accounting dept process refunds Mondays after 12PM . Expect a refund after 12PM This coming Monday." Money was sent through Venmo, therefore should easily be returned. I would be extremely cautious with this person. Lot's of red flags in my experience.
Quite literally a hero! From the moment I got his quote until Landin left my driveway, I was certain my car was in perfect hands. I cannot thank you enough for literally delivering my baby. It’s been 8 months without him and tonight I’ll sleep well finally because Landin went the extra mile each and every step of the way.
I’d send my grandma with him, if she were litter box trained! 10,000 stars, and you’re literally missing out if you don’t pick Landin.

I was very happy with how Sam handled driving my 16yo little old lady for 15 hours after a family emergency left her stranded. Sam made sure she was comfortable, provided periodic updates including pictures and videos, stopped frequently to let her potty and run around, and she arrived happy and healthy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Devin. He was our absolute hero this past week. My brother is suffering from terminal cancer and we were desperate to find a new home for his beloved dog. He lives in SC and we live in CO. We struggled with how to get the dog (Jax) safely to Colorado without adding even more trauma to his already very confusing situation. This is where Devin came to our rescue. He picked Jax up at my brother’s house and delivered him to ours in 2 days. He stayed in touch with us the entire time…both through a live gps link and through photos and videos during their journey. He provided many breaks and always made sure Jax felt comfortable and loved. This experience was simply amazing and I would recommend Devin to anyone, anytime without hesitation. I had such a great experience with Goda Enterprise when they delivered my American Shorthair cat, Juliet. They were so kind and communicative the whole time, sending me constant updates and pictures during her trip, which really eased my nerves. They even traveled with a bunch of her belongings, which showed how thoughtful and caring they are. Everything went so smoothly and quickly, and it was clear they truly cared about her comfort.
