After our beloved Gizmo went missing for over a month, we had almost lost hope. Then, out of the blue, our neighbors in El Paso, TX found him — but we were all the way in Alabama. That’s when Bradley stepped in, and we can honestly say he’s the reason Gizmo is home safe today. From the moment we spoke with him, Bradley showed genuine care and compassion. He treated Gizmo like his own, keeping us updated every step of the journey and making sure he was comfortable, calm, and cared for the entire trip. You could truly tell he loves what he does and understands how much these animals mean to their families. Thanks to Bradley’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication, our sweet Gizmo made it home safe and happy. Without him, we don’t even know if Gizmo would have ever made it back to us.
