His communication throughout the entire trip was excellent—he kept me updated and even called so I could talk to my dog to comfort her during the 12-hour ride. Our dog is very timid and not friendly with strangers, but she arrived safe and calm thanks to his care and patience. He was punctual, professional, and clearly loves what he does. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate pet transporter!
