Her calm, caring presence made us feel instantly at ease, and her love for animals and comfort with travel shined through every step of the journey. Throughout the process, Ashlyn kept us updated with clear, thoughtful communication and sent the most heartwarming photo updates—something I truly appreciated. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Shawn was also incredibly helpful, making sure everyone involved was looped in and supported. Thanks to their amazing teamwork, our Blueberry arrived safe, happy, and in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend!

It was easy selecting Artemis Elite Dependable Transport Services because they came so highly recommended on this site, and, crucially, because they were experienced in transporting pets very long distances, and on similar routes. The fact they were a mother-daughter team was another plus. From every step of the process, they were efficient, kind, and professional. My cats were happy and arrived on time, too! I would recommend their business to all.

Shawn did an amazing job transporting my 2 cats from Texas to Illinois. She kept us updated the entire time and delivered our cats the next day. I would highly recommend and use Artemis again in a heartbeat!! 10/10!

I had an amazing experience with Shawn. I gave her a very challenging mission—taking my anxious and injured 75-lb chocolate Lab 1500 miles up into the deep snow of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! She arrived to pick Sammy up right on time and the moment she opened her SUV, he jumped in and began giving her kisses! That was a great start. Over the 3-day journey, she had to feed and give Sammy meds three times a day. She constantly sent me photos of a very happy dog, including on the bed of her hotel room! Sammy was received by my wife and the reunion was complete. Shawn obviously cared for Sammy as more than just a delivery. I would never use anyone else to transport my animals!

These ladies were awesome the entire trip!! They sent me updates the whole way and took extra care of my pup! I would definitely use this company again!
