The transport went extremely well considering how many animals she was caring for. I’m more than happy with this service and recommend them. She was on time for both pick up and delivery also made sure that they were all comfortable during the trip.

We were originally going to fly with our cat, Brandy, to Utah but decided to go with Artemis Elite Dependable Transport Services instead. Best decision ever!!! Ashlyn arrived on time at our home in Leesburg, VA and quickly put me at ease. She was very kind and loving. She assured me that she would be in touch a few times a day with updates and pictures and she delivered on her promise! Brandy arrived at our new home in Utah just a few days later. I can't say enough kind words for Ashlyn and Artemis Elite. I would hire them again in a second.

From the moment Blu, our sweet pit bull, saw Ashlyn, he went right up to her and gave her a big kiss—and that alone spoke volumes. Animals can sense good energy, and Ashlyn is clearly a natural. Her calm, caring presence made us feel instantly at ease, and her love for animals and comfort with travel shined through every step of the journey. Throughout the process, Ashlyn kept us updated with clear, thoughtful communication and sent the most heartwarming photo updates—something I truly appreciated. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Shawn was also incredibly helpful, making sure everyone involved was looped in and supported. Thanks to their amazing teamwork, our Blueberry arrived safe, happy, and in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Shawn & Ashlyn were awesome from the start of the process. They made us very comfortable with trusting our precious cargo to them, kept us posted along the way, allowed for GPS tracking, and sent pictures. Best experience ever!

It was easy selecting Artemis Elite Dependable Transport Services because they came so highly recommended on this site, and, crucially, because they were experienced in transporting pets very long distances, and on similar routes. The fact they were a mother-daughter team was another plus. From every step of the process, they were efficient, kind, and professional. My cats were happy and arrived on time, too! I would recommend their business to all.
