I had an amazing experience with Shawn. I gave her a very challenging mission—taking my anxious and injured 75-lb chocolate Lab 1500 miles up into the deep snow of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! She arrived to pick Sammy up right on time and the moment she opened her SUV, he jumped in and began giving her kisses! That was a great start. Over the 3-day journey, she had to feed and give Sammy meds three times a day. She constantly sent me photos of a very happy dog, including on the bed of her hotel room! Sammy was received by my wife and the reunion was complete. Shawn obviously cared for Sammy as more than just a delivery. I would never use anyone else to transport my animals!

These ladies were awesome the entire trip!! They sent me updates the whole way and took extra care of my pup! I would definitely use this company again!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the care and service from Artemis Ark/Shawn. Flossy (my 40 lb pit) was super content and happy for the 3-day /4-night adventure with Shawn. I felt super comfortable sending Flossy with Shawn…who is confident, easy and professional in her job that she clearly loves. In addition to the good care she gave getting my doggie from a long distance point a to point b…. she was communicative and warm….which was reassuring and allowed me to focus on a priority to-do list as I was prepping for a move. I will definitely use Artemis again. And who knows!…maybe my furry family will grow by then!

Ashlyn was amazing. I don't know how she did it but she got my kitties (8 of them ) from CA to Buffalo, NY in 3 days. They weren't traumatized at all and adapted so well once they were in their new environment. I highly recommend Artemis Ark. Don't worry at all. They take excellent care of your babies!

Ashlyn was incredibly kind and helpful during the pick up. She went above and beyond to set up a large area for my bunny to roam during the ride to ensure maximum comfort. We communicated through the whole drive so I knew exactly how he was doing. Drop off was also a breeze. End to end, everything was excellent and I'd recommend them to everyone!

Shawn was awesome to work with! Everything went perfectly smooth transporting our goldensoodle Margaux. She kept us updated on timing, how Margaux is doing, etc. It was very clear she was loving on our doggie too. I would recommend her to anyone!

We were hesitant to use this service at first because my partner has been separated from her fur babies for a year and this was a big move.
