Thank you for clicking on my profile. I am Susan, owner and operator of Come-bye Pet Transport. I am a retired public school teacher and have 40 years in breeding, managing and transporting pets. I have been listed with Citizenshipper since 2022. Being alert to the added safety concerns of the road, I provide safety and comfort for the pets in my care. I am keenly aware of the unique needs of puppies While making the journey with your pet I will provide the care and attention they need in order to ease the separation for both them and you. Your pet's needs are my main focus. I also maintain consistent communication with texts and photos. • I am registered with the USDA. • I have a clean background check, and clear driving records for over 25 years. • My customers recommend me, Come-bye Pet Transport has a 5 star customer rating. • I am also a member of FirstVet (a service that provides access to a Veterinarian 24/7), For over the road transports I provide sanitized kennels of various sizes to accommodate travelers, large and small. Food and water: We keep Hills Science Diet varieties of dog and cat food and Purina Pro Plan 30/20 for working dogs and retrievers upon request, but your pet will have an easier time with digestion if you provide food for them that they are used to. Pets always have access to clean cold water. Payment: For in flight transports full payment is due at the time of booking and bids are good for 12 hours. Ticket prices change frequently and the ability to book quickly is important when booking a flight. For over the road transport I require 50% of the bid to be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% to be paid when your pet is delivered. I provide an invoice through PayPal which allows you to pay by credit card. ABOUT the booking fee, which is different than my bid: This website serves as a venue for shippers and potential drivers to connect. Citizenshipper provides this service by requiring a fee to book from those who are shipping and a monthly member/subscription fee from drivers/transporters. Shipper and Driver contact information is withheld until the booking is made by the shipper. Susan was wonderful! She was responsive and always checked with me. My rescue was nervous and unsure traveling but she made him feel like her own. I would love nothing better than working with her again in future! I wish the best for her and her future endeavors!

Susan is absolutely wonderful! I don’t have a single complaint! Susan was punctual, caring, and a pleasure to work with! I received daily messages and picture updates and felt 100% confident that my dog was in great care.
