While making the journey with your pet we will provide the care and attention they need in order to ease the separation for both them and you. Transporting solo trips (one pet at a time) allows us to always be aware of your pet's needs along the way and provide the best care. We also maintain consistent communication with texts and photos. • We are registered with the USDA. • Come-bye Pet Transport is insured through Pet Care Insurance. • We have clean background checks, and clear driving records for over 25 years. • Our customers recommend us, Come-bye Pet Transport has a 5 star customer rating. • We are members of FirstVet (a service that provides access to a Veterinarian 24/7), For over the road transports we provide clean kennels of various sizes to accommodate travelers, large and small. Kennels are cleaned with disinfectant before and after each transport. Food and water: We keep Hills Science Diet varieties of dog and cat food and Purina Pro Plan 30/20 for working dogs and retrievers upon request, but they will have an easier time with digestion if you provide food for them that they are used to. Pets always have access to clean cold water. Payment: For in flight transports full payment is due at the time of booking and bids are good for 12 hours. Ticket prices change frequently and the ability to book quickly is important when booking a flight. For over the road transport we require 50% of the bid to be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% to be paid when your pet is picked up by us. We accept PayPal and cash. ABOUT the booking fee, which is different than the driver bid: This website serves as a venue for shippers and potential drivers to connect. Citizenshipper provides this service by requiring a fee to book from those who are shipping and a monthly member/subscription fee from drivers/transporters. Shipper/driver contact information is withheld until the booking is made by the shipper. OMG! Susan was the Best! I chose her out of @25 offers and buy am I glad I did. Her animal credentials were top among all offers and our communication fantastic! Once I agreed to her bid we talked in the phone several times and she clearly is an animal person. She drove from Montana to San Diego and totally exceeded my expectations! She sent me her gps in maps abs I could track her all the way. Fiona is only 11 months so she had a crates for her all cozy, and a separate one in the back for potty. In the very wee hours of Saturday when the sun came up she stopped at a Starbucks that was next to a park and carried my time girl around the park to get her some air and have her coffee. We all know you can’t put a puppy down on unknown turf and dirt due to parvo and more, and she knew exactly what to do. She was Spectacular and I would HIGHLY recommend her!
