I can’t say enough great things about James. From start to finish James was so kind and professional. I was in a last minute situation where another driver cancelled on me 3 days before my dog and I were supposed to leave. James not only came to the rescue in such short notice but he worked with me on pricing and my budget. James communicated thoroughly with me from start to finish and got my dog to his destination in exceptional timing! I am a paranoid crazy dog mom and James never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or bothering him! I have used other people to transport my dog in the past and nobody has ever been this great! Thank you James for taking such good care of my baby and being an amazing personal overall!
