True Hart Transport

Man am I IMPRESSED!!! Ms.Cynthia, reached out to me maybe about 5 mins after I made a listing that I needed transport, and within the next 15 mins we locked in! This was an urgent matter, and she went above and beyond to have my fur baby here within the next couple hours. We were able to mingle and chat upon drop off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND True Hart Transport, to anyone needing their fur baby transported for any means. She’s a wonderful woman and very loving, and will take care of your baby as if it was her own. Great pet transport experience! Cynthia was responsive, answered questions and offered flexibility. She notified me the night before she was all set for pickup so I was not worried, sent us photos throughout the trip and gave an accurate eta on when to expect arrival. She had a large vehicle for our dog which we appreciated. Our dog had some anxiety issues and instead of a crate she tried a large suv trunk divider. Our dog was still restless so she was able to have her in the backseat with a seatbelt leash. I think she slept comfortably most of the ride! I was nervous as this was our first pet transport and it’s hard to leave your pet with someone you don’t know but I would not hesitate to use True Hart Transport again and recommend them to others!

I couldn't have asked for a better transporter! Cynthia was amazing! I was given updates with pictures and videos at every stop and I was able to track her location! I am using her services again in the near future! I highly recommend her!! Thank you again!

Cynthia was absolutely awesome. Great communication, before pick-up and throughout the entire process. Exact GPS locating and took perfect care of of 10 week old puppies on a 6 hour trip. They were happy and playful upon arrival, zero trauma. Could not recommend Cynthia and True Hart more. Thank you Cynthia

Really thankful to Cynthia for taking care and delivering our little corgi safely! They traveled through unexpected storm and went through unexpected traffic but they did their very best to still get to us no matter what. Compare to other bidders, her price is in the low range but rest assured she has high quality service - responsive and kind. Highly recommend her!!

Cynthia was amazing with the entire experience. I was very nervous trusting a stranger to get our buddy Luka home to us safely, but she kept me posted the entire trip, and made sure he was safe! Highly recommend and will definitely be using her again in the future if we need her!
