True Hart Transport

True Hart Transport was wonderful. Was able to track our dog Missy during her long journey. Loved getting her phots and being in communication with Cynthia. Would definitely book them again.

Cynthia Hart could not have been more helpful or engaging. She was on time for pickup and sympathetic to the family losing their Beagle. Sh provided us with her gps to follow them all day. She lives animals and cares about their safety. She is an invaluable associate for your business.

Cynthia was amazing every step of the way. Communication was easy and quick, the transport went really well, and she was very sweet. I would definitely recommend True Hart!!

Man am I IMPRESSED!!! Ms.Cynthia, reached out to me maybe about 5 mins after I made a listing that I needed transport, and within the next 15 mins we locked in! This was an urgent matter, and she went above and beyond to have my fur baby here within the next couple hours. We were able to mingle and chat upon drop off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND True Hart Transport, to anyone needing their fur baby transported for any means. She’s a wonderful woman and very loving, and will take care of your baby as if it was her own. Absolutely the best experience with a transporter thus far and I have been using various transporters for about a decade. Thank you so much for getting these babies to is so quickly!! The gps tracking is such a great idea too. Hope to work with you guys again in the future!!

Great pet transport experience! Cynthia was responsive, answered questions and offered flexibility. She notified me the night before she was all set for pickup so I was not worried, sent us photos throughout the trip and gave an accurate eta on when to expect arrival. She had a large vehicle for our dog which we appreciated. Our dog had some anxiety issues and instead of a crate she tried a large suv trunk divider. Our dog was still restless so she was able to have her in the backseat with a seatbelt leash. I think she slept comfortably most of the ride! I was nervous as this was our first pet transport and it’s hard to leave your pet with someone you don’t know but I would not hesitate to use True Hart Transport again and recommend them to others!
