PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING ‼️‼️‼️‼️ *********👋INTRODUCTION👋*** Hello, my name is David Elliott and I started my official business back in 2018, but my experience goes back years before that. We are a small, family owned business made up of my wife, Tiffany (dispatcher) and myself (the driver). I originally created this business because of my love for animals and traveling and decided to put the two together to do what I love, and help people and their pets at the same time. I am USDA certified and insured. I travel to US based states, no international at this time. To ensure quality care, I only transport a small number of pets at any given time and no more than 4 or 5 depending on their size. This allows me to focus and prioritize each animal’s individual comfort and wellbeing as well as faster delivery. This creates a less stressful environment for the journey. 💲PAYMENT POLICY AND/OR FEES💲 💲 We require half upfront at the time of booking (50%) by PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo and half at drop off which can then be cash or the other options listed. 💲 If you are not at the drop-off location, and you are paying, you will need to have payment completed 10-15 minutes before we drop-off to avoid unnecessary waiting on our part. 💲 When using PayPal or Venmo, if you use goods and services there will be 2.9% added to the total to cover that fee they charge for you using it. 💲 Payments under $500 will be due in full at booking. 💲 For private transports, FULL amount will be due at booking. 💲 If you’re inaccurate on their weight, you will be charged a $200.00 fee WHEN USING GROUND TRANSPORT. 💲 If you’re using flight nanny services and are inaccurate about their weight, your flight could be canceled due to airport in-cabin weight policy. 💲 If unavailable at pickup and/or drop-off, you will be charged an extra $50.00 an hour that we wait, unless you have discussed this with us prior to booking. 💲 Address changes may result in additional charges if more than 30 miles from original address given. 🐾TRANSPORTING REQUIREMENTS🐾 🐾 We require PROOF OF SHOTS and/or HEALTH CERTIFICATE 🐾 Any animal over 5 months need PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION 🐾 Pets must NOT be fed 4 hours prior to transport 🐾 Must be bathed within the last 24 hours prior to transport 🐾 Food must be provided for any pet that will be in our care for 12 or more hours 🐾 When booking, the weight MUST be accurate for crate purposes! 🐾 Must be available at pickup and/or drop-off locations at time of ETA. 🐾 We allow beds/blankets/toys in the kennel that we provide. 🐾 Travel bags no larger than a reusable grocery bag is permitted and must have name on the outside of it. 🐾 No crate/kennels will be accepted unless previously discussed. 🐾 No food bins or totes. Food MUST be in 1-2 small Ziploc bags or 1 gallon size Ziploc bag. ***🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUND TRANSPORT 🚫 ********* 🚫 If YOU cancel prior to shipping, you forfeit the deposit paid 🚫 If WE cancel, you will be fully refunded. ✈️ FLIGHT NANNY POLICY ✈️ ✈️ 75% OF THE BALANCE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ✈️ The remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup. Payment forms is the same as listed above ✈️ Pets are picked up and delivered to/from the closest major airports ✈️ Bids for flights are only valid for 10 HOURS and then the bid will need to be recalculated to account for the increase flight cost, if any. ✈️ Customers are responsible for making sure their pet will fit comfortably in an 18”x14”x11” carrier ✈️ You can choose to buy your own carrier; however, it MUST be a soft bag carrier approved by the airlines. ** 📢CITIZENSHIPPER 📢** 📢 Citizenshipper charges a fee for using the site that has nothing to do with our agreed booking transport quotes. 📢 Citizenshipper charges hidden fees for insurance so you must read or you will be charged double *** 🏁 CONCLUSION 🏁 ********* 🚨 By proceeding and completing the booking process, you agree to these terms with Elliott Pet Transport. Completely satisfied with this company. We hired them to pick up our new puppy and they drove all day to bring him to us. Both David ( driver ) and his wife Tiffany (dispatcher ) always communicated with me with texts phone calls photos and video. I would have my little boy with out them. He arrived in good health and well taken care of. There prices are more then reasonable and getting to know Tiffany made this process so much easier and trusting, I new my puppy would be in great hands. Thank you both for everything you did to bring our puppy home 😊💕🐾

Elliott Pet Transport ere absolutely great! They assisted me with navigating through a very complicated pick-up scenario, and helped prepare our pup for the long 1100 mile trip. They kept in touch along the way with photos and video and ETA updates. Our pup arrived safe, clean and fairly relaxed after such a long journey!! KUDOs to this very professional team and would highly recommend!!
