Ashley was incredible!! My husband and I were coordinating a cross-country move with a million moving parts and I was stressed about the idea of having to handle transport for my 2 cats who have never flown before. We decided to spring for a flight nanny who could transport the cats across the country and bring them to a boarding facility while I handled business in another state for a few days - it was worth every penny!! Ashley kept us in the loop the entire time and guided us through the process. She let me know exactly what was needed from me and handled the rest like a pro. Right before taking one of the cats to the airport, he completely lost it and went full feral demon. We managed to get him in the carrier after 30 mins of wrangling and scratched up arms but we were so worried about how he would do with not only a whole new experience but also with a stranger! Ashley was cool and collected about the whole thing and I'm sure our cat felt that - he seemed to calm down dramatically once we passed him over to her. She went above and beyond in making sure our cats were taken care of and it was so nice to be able to focus on other things knowing that my pets were being cared for. 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for amazing service!!

Joe was so great. Our situation was kind of unique and he was more than willing to work with us on the pickup of our dogs. He transported them safely and happily. When they got here they wanted to leave with Joe. He texted often to keep me posted on their trip and how the dogs were doing. We got lots of pictures too. Joe is kind and just the type of person you want to trust your animals with. After conversing via text a few times I knew he would take good care of them and he did. And he got them here very quickly. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. And if I ever need something transported again, Joe will be my first call. Made our military OCONUS move SO much easier! I booked with Hayley a few months in advance in preparation for moving back to the US from overseas, and she made me feel like my pups were one less thing I needed to worry about. She checked in periodically to confirm details of the trip, and met us at the airport. She made the cross country trip a lot quicker than expected, and she gave me daily updates about how my pups were faring on the trip. She stopped for several potty breaks and let them play for a good amount of time.. and I can tell that my dogs genuinely had a good trip because they were so relaxed and happy when they finally arrived (and I have an anxious dog). They took him 4 miles from the house to a hotel, stayed the night and first time they took Eli out of the crate to pee, hooked him up by his collar instead of harness he was wearing and he got free. They chased him for 1.5 hours before calling me only after he headed for the highway. I had to make them report Eli to dog officer. They kept the money And the Tip, and offered to pick him up for free if I found him. Not one word, text or call from these people since May 15th and little Eli is still missing! He had a chip and is only 18 pounds. His new crate and bedding were urine soaked from only 8 hours with Steven and his brother. Pray for little Elijah. This shipped showed poor judgement and took zero responsibility. I give no stars and am endeavoring to forgive as my mom's support dog is presumed dead.

Had to send multiple messages to get a response on pick up timeframe. Day of pickup came and Michael called to let me know the driver would be roughly 3 hours late. Time goes by and the new timeframe comes, and the driver calls to let me know he wouldn’t be here until after midnight. We could not accommodate a pickup that late nor could we accommodate pickup for the next day when we had confirmed the scheduled pick up day a week prior. Michael is was not truthful and now we are out the 25% we paid upfront to confirm the booking as he refused to refund us when his driver wasn’t on time. Would not recommend or use again.

10000/5 stars if I could! I turned to Josie when I needed my precious doggy Gordo to go from Portland, OR to Reno, NV. Not only was she prompt in her replies, she was an absolute sweetheart and a professional to work with. Since it was my first time on CitizenShipper, I had to do some research, but Josie's credentials and experience allayed any fears. She gave me the rundown of her plan, and a couple of days later, she set off with Gordo in her car, and got him to me THE SAME DAY. I was nervous since Gordo had never been on such a long car ride before, but she must have a calm soul, because Gordo seemed to be very content during the car ride. Josie also shared her location, and I could check in during the entire journey to see where they were and how far out they were. She also sent text updates and pictures, which was also helpful. I hope I am never in a position where I'm separated from Gordo again, but if I ever needed him transported in a quick, professional, safe, and loving manner, I'm definitely calling Josie. We couldn’t have picked a better family/person to transport our two pups across the country to our new temp home. Even when we had car troubles, she was more than understanding and made sure they remained well cared for until we could finally reach our destination. I’ve struggled so much with maintaining our wolfhounds fur, and yet her and her mom made him look better than ever. This isn’t just a job for them. They truly do love your pups as if they are family and take care of them as such! We couldn’t be more grateful for all of their help!

Aaron was fantastic! He delivered my dog across the country (North Carolina to California) and provided me and the person receiving my dog with regular updates along the journey. He also provided a GPS tracker that allowed us to see his progress and he even provided pictures of my happy dog along the trip! Aaron provided regular updates regarding his feeding and walking our dog at regular intervals throughout the journey. His van has large AC venting to circulate AC throughout the van to keep his fuzzy friends comfortable and happy. If you want a personal touch and timely transport of your pet, Aaron is the guy!!!!!!
