I want anyone who reviews T & T Transport to know that you are in the best of hands, We were on vacation and not planning on getting a new puppy or even thinking about getting one. However;, we got a message from the breeder where we got our other Golden Retriever from. Last year, we tried to get a puppy back at the beginning of the year, but the mom didn't end up getting pregnant so we thought that was that, While on vacation the breeder that I love said that she had 3 puppies left. The puppy would be my other dog's half brother. Our breeder produces the mot wonderful puppies so when she reached out to us on vacation we said YES!!!. We were going to go from Illinois to Indiana to pick up our new puppy, but there was a very narrow time frame that we could pick him up. By the time we got home from our vacation, we would only have about three hours of sleep to then get up and take a 5 hour drive. My husband started doing research and came upon T&T Transport, He had all five star reviews, but I was still skeptical because there are so many scammers out there. We reached out to Travis. We spoke with both he and his wife. They are such a lovely couple. They did not ask for payment upfront, but only when the puppy would be delivered. They gave me great piece of mind when I found out the care that they give to the puppy and the love, My little boy was not going to be shoved in a crate in the back of a van with a bunch of other dogs, He was going to be snuggled and loved the entire time, We ended up choosing them after we talked to them on the phone. It was about a half hour call. We then texted back and forth the closer that it got to the day to pick up the puppy to get everything coordinated. We were leaving Aruba on a Friday, All the flights were getting delayed due to the issues at Newark airport, While at the airport in Aruba, I got a call from Travis. He called to say that he could not pick up my dog. His wife's mother was taken to the hospital unexpectedly. I started to panic. Travis could hear it in my voice. He told me that he would never leave me hanging without a backup plan. He had a good friend that said if he was ever in a pinch to let Travis know and he would step in, Both of us were in a pinch, There was nothing that I could do but trust that Travis was a man of his word. He arranged things with his friend,, texted me his contact information. His friend kept me informed the entire time as to where he was at on his way o get the dog and on his way to my house. I cannot tell you how lhighly I recommend T&T Transport. He is a man of his word, In this day and age, it means so much. YOU CAN TRUST YOUR MOST PRECIOUS CARGO WITH HIM, Travis, thank you so very much for easing my concerns and delivering my puppy safe and sound. i appreciate you so very much.

Moved from WI to NC. They were supposed to pick up my dogs on May 1st but didn’t due to a mishap from a transport they had before me. I understood because things happen and they told me they would be getting them on May 3rd-4th. No big deal as I was able to find someone to watch them until they were picked up. This is when I started getting excuse after excuse on why my dogs couldn’t be picked up. First it was car trouble which would push out the day even more. Then it was the car was fixed but fixing it messed up something else, then it was the guy was in the ER, and then it was his wife would be coming to get them in a different car and would be getting them May 10th or 11th. When I checked to see if they would be picked up, I was told his wife was delayed and wouldn’t be getting them until the 12th. My dogs were left with someone who could no longer watch them so I ended up having to drive from NC back to WI to get the dogs and then turn around and come right back home. This companies response time was also very delayed. Only thing I can say that is good is that my deposit was refunded and so was the service fee I paid CitizenShipper.

5 stars for my experience with TransPet America LLC! I had my fur baby Indigo transported across country. My transporters name was Gage. First let me say my girl Indigo has seizures & I was so nervous! She's almost 10 now we've traveled quite a bit by plane or vehicle together. Never apart. She started having seizures 2 years ago. I work from home so we're rarely apart. She has to take medication every 8 hours & loves attention. Throughout the entire experience I was so glad I chose Gage. He listened to everything I said. My girl can only have spring water & yes she will know the difference lol. She eats a special diet. In talking with him I had expressed my frustration because I also needed some belongings transported. Gage went above and beyond. He said don't worry about that. I have a hitch. I swear I even told him you must be an Angel! His vehicle is completely set up for this. I mean like he put special animal seat belts , air just for your baby , camera. I was very impressed with all the gadgets. However I told him she'll probably cry at some point because she'll want to be next to you. He sent a message & photo's , video. Everytime she had to take her medication. Every potty break. Also she's a husky who can't be off the leash. He stopped at fenced in places quite often to let her run. And as I figured it wasn't to long before I got the message & photo of her in the front seat loving on him.🤣 Sorry so long a review but I just wanted anyone who reads this to know how awesome our experience was with TransPet America LLC & Gage. I wasn't expecting that Sally would be in a car for 21 hours. The Driver explained that he was rerouted to pickup a dog that was going to be euthanized. He had to go all through California and then through Las Vegas and routed over to Utah that was above the Arizona border. Driver was real attentive to my questions and definitely is a caring driver. I wished I had known prior to booking that Sally would be in a car for 21 hours. I would have booked a more direct service. Again Driver was caring and thought this issue wasn't his fault. I wasn't impressed with the service.

Super reliable, friendly, and hands down the MOST reasonable and fair priced company. They keep you updated 24/7, I got more videos and pictures than I could have asked for of the pup I had transported. I chatted with the the driver for a little bit and he was a really pleasant and chill guy, overall I’d highly suggest this company over anyone else. Not only is their customer service the best iv experienced they also didn’t try to charge a crazy amount, I’m not broke but I’m also not rich and most of these other companies wanted $600-$2500 to transport a rescue 7 hours. Cosmo’s and the team got me going for cheaper and I’m happy I got to go with them. This is how business should be done, they’re not trying to make a million off every single person. Honest company I WILL use again.

WARNING: Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews—this was a nightmare experience. I booked a transport from Tennessee to California and confirmed twice with Margaret for a Sunday pickup. Despite this, she told the breeder it would be Tuesday. When I confronted her, she claimed to have “no memory” until I showed her screenshots. She then said the breeder was fine with Tuesday—so I had no choice but to go along since she already had my deposit. That was just the beginning of the chaos. She told the breeder she'd arrive Tuesday at 4 PM. Instead, she texted the morning of to say she was sleeping in and blamed traffic/weather for the delay. She kept pushing the time back—to 9–10 PM, then again to midnight. All updates came from the breeder—not her. Completely unacceptable. She finally showed up after 5 AM on Wednesday, not Tuesday. And even though she promised my puppy was the only transport and would arrive Thursday evening, she picked up another animal (without telling me) and lied about it not affecting the schedule. My dog arrived nearly 24 hours late from the already delayed plan. Excuse after excuse, no accountability, zero professionalism, name calling and unprofessional texts, and an utter disregard for clear agreements or pet welfare. This is not someone who should be entrusted with any animal. Terrible communication, poor time management, constant deflection, and blatant dishonesty. Learn from my mistake—book someone else.

I wanted to like and support this company with transporting my puppy from VA to CA but it was a disappointing and bizarre experience. Prior to booking with Robert, he confirmed that he’d be able to take my dog’s XL crate. I even provided the measurements to make sure he was able to do so and he said he would. At pickup, he told me that he could not accommodate an XL crate, which was the reason why I booked with the company. Bummer! I lost money because I had to give away the crate. I gave Robert a tote bag with dog food, treats, a water bottle and my puppy’s vet records. Robert takes my dog and the tote but never communicated an approximate drop-off date—I had to inquire about 3 days into the transport. The drop-off date changed to a day early, which was fine. Robert was very accommodating when I asked to change the location due to the new date. I gave him my exact arrival time for drop-off and when I arrived, I couldn’t get in contact with him. It was 11pm, I called/texted and there was no answer. This made me incredibly uncomfortable and worried. I tracked the van via the GPS Life360 app and had to bang on the windows to wake him up. When he opened the door, he let me know that he’d been napping. That’s fine, but turn on an alarm because we agreed on a time. I get my dog and ask for the tote bag—apparently the bag was ripped to shreds by another dog and only the water bottle was spared. How inconvenient. Would I recommend Robert, I just don’t know. My dog arrived safely. Communication was decent. Thankful for the GPS app. Professionalism was a big thumbs down.
