Rob was an amazing communicator through your the process . He picked my babies up from CT with his daughter and they got them safely to the airport . He let me know when he got to the airport with my babies , and when they were taking off . He sent me photos to ease my nerves throughout the day. He met my dad in drop off city and even assisted in getting my babies in the car for my dad . Truly an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend and use Rob’s services again. She & her mom transported my 4 cat kids from Idaho to Wisconsin in 2 days!!!
She arrived at my house when she said she would. And they were very conscience about getting the cats from the house to their transportation kennels
She shared her location with me in Google maps so I could "travel" the route with them. My cats were delivered to a cat hotel in Madison & Carrie was very accommodating to their hours of operation. I'll be spreading the word on FB as well because the service was absolutely wonderful! 😁

My experience with Citizen shipper was amazing! I had never heard of it before, I was very nervous and reluctant to try this, but I am so happy we did! Gabriella, our driver, had to drive from Temecula Ca. to Clovis Ca. which is a 5 hour drive, to bring us our brand new puppy. The process of creating the account on their website was pretty straightforward, and within minutes I was already being connected with her. She and the person we were getting our puppy from, coordinated together on their meeting spot and time, to ensure we received our special delivery by a specific time of the day in order to have him arrive when all of our children were there for the surprise. Gabriella set me up with her Life360 account so I was able to track her entire road trip. She was very kind and loving with our new puppy, she sent cute little videos of her, giving him love, and she was very mindful of the possibility of him getting carsick and taking breaks to allow him to get out of his carrier to take a breather and she arrived at our home on time. I recommend this company to anyone and highly recommend Gabriella
