I can’t say enough good things about this transport team. After a disastrous experience with another provider, I reached out to them in a pinch—and they delivered flawlessly. Our transporter was Candra and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She took care of our 80 lb pit-bull who is a leash puller and can also be a bit stubborn although sweet as can be once he warms up. She kept us updated the whole trip from Vegas to Kentucky. She has a big heart for animals and will take care of your fur baby like it’s her own. Definitely recommend!

I had an urgent issue arise with my daughter's dog. I needed to move him unexpectedly from LA to Sacramento with only 2 days notice. Bryan was a terrific communicator and took excellent care of our dog. I would highly recommend Bryan and would absolutely use him again. Hi! I am a breeder and have dozens of pups transported yearly all over the US and the world. I may be picky, but I expect the following- 1. A contract! 2. Clean vehicle that doesn't smell like wet dog or poop. 3. Dogs/puppies secured in crate. Crate secured to the vehicle. 4. Disposable puppy pads or white towel, not a blanket that could be contaminated. 5. GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE to greet the breeder and the owner. 6. A group text for the breeder and owner to assure the puppy's location and condition. 7. GPS for both the breeder and the owner. 8. Picture of the puppy at pick up and delivery. 9. Breaks every 2 - 3 hours for water, food if needed, walks (if needed), and clean up (if needed). 10. GLOVES! And some of my transporters wear paper booties. Please consider these suggestions if you want to be a good transporter.

It difficult to evaluate Joey’s care during his very long trip to Stone Ridge, NY. We had agreed on a pickup date that was changed/delayed a number of times. He never seemed to be the priority and his date of delivery was constantly adjusted to accommodate pickup/delivery of another pet. Too long a time for any animal to be in one cage.

I would’ve given 3 stars really , since they guaranteed transport same day I booked and was told they had a driver already, was told not to worry , so I waited til next day to see how it went , nothing had been picked up! lol so I had to pay storage fees and was never told anything until I had called them. Told me the driver canceled . I don’t believe that. What I feel like is that they wanted my business and did anything to get me to book, so I guess they never had a driver at first so they had to find one and couldn’t find one on same day I was promised so I had to call many times , in order for them to do their job that was already paid! told them hey if you ain’t going to find a driver I’m going to cancel and get my refund which I stated before I wanted guaranteed same day or next day . So if you guys aren’t going to find anyone then I’ll find someone else . So I have them an hour . I already started looking around for other transporters , so by the time I found someone else , they had called me stating they have a driver already , is ready for pick up now . “Mind you this was already afternoon, “ but Everything went smooth , picked up my rv 45 mins later , arrived next day .. with this company you’re going to have to keep calling them and making sure they’re doing the job you paid for ! It is a lot of money . But the driver was nice , communicated with me sent me pictures at pick up. Told me damages it had before it arrived . Showed me the rv . We will still use this company but ahead of time . Thanks

Not good at communicating. I left a voicemail to reschedule because my father was in the hospital and couldn’t receive my dogs. Never replied to my voicemail. I ended up overlooking this because my cousin stepped in to receive them so we went forward with the original time. I called her six times the night before and she never picked up. I ended up leaving later than expected for the airport and was pulling up 25 minutes later than our time but her father at this point had called me several times and was very rude and unprofessional and as I was about to pull up he called me again to say “we’re going to miss our flight” even though it was at 5:10 am and I was pulling up close to 3:30 am. At this point I felt very uncomfortable with them and just left and came back home. She said that a 3:30 drop off was not enough time for a 5:10 check in. A 3:30 drop off was not enough time for her to check in for a 5:10 am flight and this delay was enough for her father to become flustered and overwhelmed. They are not the right people for this line of work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, everything went wrong from the day one of moving until I met them. They are so kind and so gracious my dog was so excited and had the best trip. She was so comfortable. The whole backseat of their truck is for my animal. She was super comfortable and did not have any anxiety when I arrived in Arizona. They also drove my U-Haul because the movers could not make the date. I was losing my mind. They are the most amazingly kind Generous caring people I have ever met. Please use them. My dog was not crated at all, which was a big plus for me, out of all the bad things that happened from this move they were the best, they are fantastic, they took such good care of my girl, she has not had any nightmares. She’s at home and very happy, this takes so much stress away from your animals to have them not in a box. Their price was fantastic and they moved things around for me to accommodate me getting to Arizona. Nobody else is gonna do this. MJ did an amazing job transporting our West Highland White Terrier (Zales) from Los Angeles Airport to Morenci, AZ. From the very day I decided to use their service for this job, MJ stayed in touch requesting updates to make sure everything was still as planned. Since, Zales was traveling from Peru there was the possibiliy of plans changing. But MJ was very understading and flexible. Once he got Zales he communicated with me throughout the travel and gave me updates on where they were and when he expected to arrive. He arrived without any issues. Zales was in very good condition, active and in high spirits when they arrived. I am very grateful to MJ for taking such good care of our Zales.
