I was super super nervous. I’ve never transported my dog. And it was almost all the way across the country. JUST-A-Lick didn’t have many reviews so that made me even more nervous. But throughout the process they have been extremely communicative. He gave me 2 methods to track my dog. Heeded my request where applicable and kept me updated with photos. Any time I texted they responded promptly! Just-a-Lick also texted the person who they picked her up from which was an extra effort on their part. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. My dog was safely delivered from Nampa Idaho alllll the way to the big apple from Thursday to Monday! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! They deserve to be rated up there with the big names! He’s a genuine caring person. He picked up the puppy and cared for him like the dog was his own. He added me to find a friend so I could follow their journey. I had previously asked twice when his pick up would be with no response. I let her know that the reason I spent more and booked with her was the delivery date in the bid. There was no apology or offer to make it right. Just a message saying, “Once he has picked up, the experience of his delivery will be the same.” Very disappointing. Our driver, Ed, was very communicative and kind.
