I wish I could give this place a million negative stars. Their driver's negligence resulted in the death of my dog. At 14 months old they were told repeatedly to be careful with him on leash and to only walk him in fenced areas. They tried to walk him in a CVS parking lot and my boy was hit by a car and died. Even before this the place was COMPLETELY disorganized, unresponsive, and confused about the simplest details of my reservation. For the sake of your loved ones and sanity never use this service.

I can’t recommend Aaron enough! He recently transported my dog, Blade, all the way from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. We had such an incredible experience! Our two pups are extremely active and very vocal, which can be a lot to manage—but they handled it all with patience, care, and professionalism. From start to finish, communication was seamless. They were punctual, kept us updated regularly, and even sent plenty of photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. Cannot say enough positive things about All Aboard Transportation! From the very beginning of the process I randomly picked one of the less expensive bidders to ask some questions. Danny answered all of them to my complete satisfaction, and in the end I chose them to transport my 3 month old golden retriever across country. Josh was the driver available, and as soon as I agreed we exchanged phone numbers to plan the trip. Josh kept us updated every step of the way, including where he was before he even arrived! He picked her up from Charlotte, NC at 9 pm on a Saturday and during the (extremely long!) drive he kept us updated with photos and location pics of progress. Absolutely delightful thing about Josh is he really seemed to enjoy the puppy, and was refreshingly joyful the whole trip. They arrived in Redondo Beach CA on Tuesday evening safe and sound. I have texted Josh after transport just to see where he is and who he is transporting, he is that lovely. 100% recommend this company for your baby! Should the need arise I will for sure call them first. Thank you Danny and Josh!

We were very pleased with this couple. They were very quick to respond to our request. They were heading to our state that day for another transport, and was able to pick up our new puppy and bring her to Northern Maine the same day. London was absolutely phenomenal!!! Not only is she incredibly kind and professional, she does an amazing job and treats your fur baby as her own. I had to transport a 15 week old American Pitbull terrier who was absolute chaos, and not only did London take phenomenal care of her, she even started working on some of her behavioral issues! She kept in constant contact, shared her location and a live video feed and even offered to FaceTime on multiple stops. It was a 30+ hr drive, and she made amazing time while staying safe. I can’t begin to express my gratitude or verbalize how absolutely incredible London is. You just need to hit her up and experience her greatness yourself!!

The communication to set things up was expeditious and clear. The minute they arrived to pick up Hudson I knew I made the right choice. They are warm, friendly, and super loving and kind. They communicated during their trip and they went through great lengths to make Hudson comfortable. They also asked all the right questions to make sure that Hudson would have everything he needed. I had never booked a pet transport before and was very skeptical. After talking to Matt and his wife Brandi, it gave me the confidence i needed to trust them with my new puppy. He was making a very long trip from Texas to South Carolina and I was concerned about his stress. They took excellent care of him and loved on him, sent me pictures, communicated any updates on the ETA and even arrived a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend Mr. On Time and would use them again if needed. Oh, I failed to mention the transport price was a heck of a lot cheaper than a plane ticket for me to get him myself! Disappointed that they had to cancel on me the day before pick up for my dog. They refunded me for everything but left me having to scramble to figure things out. Reason was that the driver no longer worked for the service and is under internal investigation, so I guess that is a blessing. Will find alternative option elsewhere.
