Transportation from NJ to Texas was very good. Mary and her husband lifted my pitbull in and out of their vehicle numerous times for her potty breaks and gave pictures and locations along the route. Each dog has their own separate crate. Would definitely recommend them.

If I could give 50 stars I would. JoDee was attentive, thorough, asked highly pertinent questions about my giant breed dogs (2), and was prompt in answering my questions. She sent photos and video each day the dogs traveled from NY to CA. In addition, she gave me access to a real-time GPS map so I always knew where they were. Moving 200+ pounds of dog cross-country is a big undertaking, but I’ll hire JoDee again in a split second, and hope she isn’t booked. Whether your trip is long or short, I’m certain JoDee will provide superb service.

Adam made an unfamiliar experience for us completely effortless. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry about transporting a golden retriever we were adopting from the Dallas area to Phoenix. His available date was exactly when we needed our new dog picked up and he responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner. Along the drive, he sent updates as to where they were and the ETA for arriving to our dog's new home which was ahead of schedule. Adam was so kind to even transport his large crate, his dog food and duffel bag with all of his familiar things to us. His rate was more than fair and we really appreciate his attention to detail. How much is your fur baby worth to you? How much is their safety and well being worth to you. Well I made the right decision and hired Keith to do my transport. From the second they got the pup they sent me a picture and video right away to show that they had the puppy. Then they drove most of the night because it was going to be a straight trip. They sent me pictures all throughout the night so as I got up throughout the night in great anticipation I would get videos and pictures. He was at his destination 2 hrs before the agreed on time. Oh may I also add he would send me screen shots of how far he was to the destination. He also shared texts with me when he was stopping for gas or fuel. I felt super safe and confident in this service. I highly recommend him to you. Oh and may I also add. The very first video that I received of my puppy showed them together as I stated before. What it showed was my dog happily wagging her tail giving Keith a big sloppy kiss. That was the first inkling that Keith was a good guy. I can't highly recommend him enough.

Zero stars! I just had to put one in order to post a review. Worst experience ever! I trusted Andre with transporting my pet, and it turned into a complete nightmare. From the start, everything seemed fine as we discussed a budget, and Andre agreed to transport our dog. Once he was paid, communication stopped completely. Despite us checking in daily for an entire week, we never received any flight details for the dog. When we finally reached out to him, he claimed to be going through a personal tragedy, which we respected, but the complete lack of response was unprofessional and unacceptable. My partner, understandably frustrated after waiting a week without any confirmation, called Andre’s service unprofessional. That’s when Andre got upset and accused us of not being empathetic to his situation. He even contacted me to complain about us reporting him to CitizenShipper for his lack of communication. The situation escalated to the point where he canceled the entire transport just a day before the dog was supposed to be picked up. To make matters worse, my partner found Andre on Facebook and saw that he was posting live videos—none of which mentioned any kind of grieving or tragedy. It was clear that he was active online, but still couldn’t manage to respond to our messages or provide any updates. Andre claimed I only cared about myself and not his personal struggles, but I made it clear that I didn’t know him and was only concerned about the well-being of our future dog. If he was really going through so much, he should’ve canceled earlier, not on the eve of the scheduled pickup. I also reminded him that I’m a human with feelings too and was just trying to get my dog home. We never received our dog, and we still haven’t gotten our full refund. When my partner and I reached out about the remaining funds, we noticed he blocked our numbers. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called ‘service.’ There was no professionalism, no transparency, and no accountability
