We gave Donna our cat Bella to take on an 8-hour drive and she did an amazing job. Bella does not warm up to anyone even me and yet through pictures Donna provided from the drive Bella was extremely relaxed and was able to be held. I've never seen Bella like that. I would highly recommend choosing Donna for any kind of pet transport.

I have used CitizenShipper pet transporters three times now, each for transporting parrots. The first two were good; but, Donna was excellent! She anticipated the details that I'd normally have to think of and coordinate—and she proactively addressed them, before I even thought to ask. Donna is a true animal lover, to her core. Communication throughout was stellar, too.

Ms. Pettaway was absolutely superb, and made the move for our Siamese as comfortable as possible. And all in a one-day bound. The cat had it better than me, when I followed the next day. Donna is terrific about pet care, owner care, and communications. Would employ her again, but we're done with moves. If it's not clear, Donna Pettaway is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was a pleasure having Donna pick-up and deliver our camper. She was not only reliable but also went the extra mile parking the camper in a very difficult spot. Donna was right on top of everything and could accommodate my schedule, which was a little fluid at first. Very knowledgeable about all animals, and very responsible and caring.
