very professional and polite

We gave Donna our cat Bella to take on an 8-hour drive and she did an amazing job. Bella does not warm up to anyone even me and yet through pictures Donna provided from the drive Bella was extremely relaxed and was able to be held. I've never seen Bella like that. I would highly recommend choosing Donna for any kind of pet transport.

I have used CitizenShipper pet transporters three times now, each for transporting parrots. The first two were good; but, Donna was excellent! She anticipated the details that I'd normally have to think of and coordinate—and she proactively addressed them, before I even thought to ask. Donna is a true animal lover, to her core.
