From the time the bid to complete trip was posted I had made Couple of Paws at the top of my list.First off Couple of Paws was 500$ lower in price than all the other bids.Then I checked the company's approval rating It was impeccable they had a 4.9 rating at the time.Then I checked if they had insurance they did..Then I checked. the qualifications the company was qualified as a pet travel host they were qualified.This company led the competition in every category.The companies reputation was imbecile. Then I contacted Couple of Paws about the actual process of working with Citizens Pet travel the company that hires the travel host and officiate the bid process between competing travel hosts.I had never hired a travel host to deliver a pet from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas.I asked Couple of Paws questions about how this system works.Its a complicated process and I had many questions to decide if it was financially possible for me to afford this..Couple of Paws answered all my questions explained how Citizens Pet travel operated and explained what I needed to Book the trip. Brianna the lady from Couple of Paws handled the entire bid process,booked our trip and filled me in on all I needed to know.Brianna was smart friendly and to the point.Brianna is a pro,she's good a what she does.I was very lucky to be her client. Christine was the flight nanny that was assigned for my pets travel plans.Again Couple of Paws has a pro on the job.Christine did an amazing job for me.Because my breeder could not get the pet to the Airport,Christine had to rent a car ,pick up pet return rental car then on to the the airport then on to the plane.She pulled it off perfectly.Christine had to pick up pet at 2AM from breeder then on to 8 hrs on the plane carrying a puppy.She did a great job.She was very friendly ,and knowledgeable. One other thing couple of Paws provides pet kennels or your pets travel.This is a big deal because other companies try to get you to buy a pet kennel from them.Over charing you to boot! It's so nice to hire a company that cares about honest business! Couple of Paws pet travel.is the BEST

Scott Gooden was a God Send! I had been looking for days to see if I could transport a pup from Alabama to Virginia? Of course, I wanted VIP service that was reasonable well I should know by now in Todays World there’s no such thing! And the Ads they write and send you with their bid and purpose they can work in your price range? And this comes up and and when you get the message back - they are appalled, sarcastic, and they are the best on the whole app! I got up Sunday morning checked my messages for bids and there was a bid I thought I could handle and I’m usually reluctant if its to good to be true. Got in touch and because he was going to be working around that route he could pick up puppy for me in Alabama and could head to Richmond, Va and drop off puppy to me! I ask if he wait a minute so I could check with Breeder. She was wonderful and very accommodating and said “ of course!”!So I called Scott back (without hesitation I felt secure with Scott) and then called Breeder back Charity Caudill (she was a wonderful person ) and again felt comfortable with Charity (no apprehension) and I had been scammed so many times I was a Scammers worst nightmare, as I had them running around sometimes until midnight or next day. I had no remorse doing that because they have No Concise What SoEver None! But with Scott he was so very attentive with keeping us in touch even the Breeder! I would recommend him to anyone. He’s just a good person I hope we can stay in touch, you don’t come across many young men his age (30 something) that you could trust with a puppy that’s 3 lbs who really cared and loved what he does and it shows! He’s a confident young Man that’s just himself! If I were his Mom I’d be so proud to call him my Son! Love ya Scott keep in touch when you’re in Richmond again! Keep being yourself!
